...who's changed their name since they first started posting here at the Ledge?

Anyone want to fess up to a previous online ID?

I'll go first:

Way, way, WAY long ago, when I first started posting on The Ledge, I was living in Huntington Beach, California (aka "Surf City USA"), so, I was "Surf City Steve". But, that was before the Ledge had the security it has today...an imposter started posting as me and cause ALL sorts of trouble. So, I had to come up with something else.

By the time the 'Dance' was released, and the tour kicked into gear, there was suddenly more than one person posting as "Brian," and I noticed there was some confusion as to which "Brian" was which, so I briefly used "Brian S." and then switched to "Johnny Stew."

Then at one point, when you mentioned here about remembering me and Travis from the original boards, I started wondering if you were that Jason, but figured it was just a coincidence.

How ironic that you've been here right under my nose for a while, and I hadn't quite put two and two together. :o

I wasn't here because I was afraid it would take up too much time, that I would become addicted. :eek: Well, had I known how much of a positive addiction it was I would have been here! :]

I've been on the Enchanted email list since '95 and that took up a lot of time already. Plus I wasn't really online at home for a long time. Anyway, I finally made it here. Here's lookin' at you, kids. :clink:

I had WEBTV back in 1996 and I think that is when I first joined The Ledge. I am not sure if I ever officially registered because I was very shy and new to the net. If I did I was either, "Pattie" or "WelshWitch". I am not quite sure who I was.:laugh:
I do remember that there was a Lindsey chat on Tuesday nights that I did partake in but it seemed short lived.

on every board I post on. Think I've been here for 2 years approx. Love the Ledge and all the drama and relationships here.

As for my name-I am not sure why, well I am sure why, but that is a different story... Just seems simple-not too Fanmaniac-(if that is a word )
and rather non-sexual, it makes me think of something pretty and mystical... by the way, I am a girl, chick, woman, gal, whatever..

but you can't tell by just my name :cool:

I lurked for years!!!!!!! but then joined in the party. I have met dome fantastic people on this board. Interestingly, I have met only one or two creeps who are not around anymore.

Actually that's a question for Marty. He does all of the technical stuff. :)
