Murrow

[Richard B]

So I finally watched Good night and Good luck. All through the damn movie I kept singing (in my head):
Murrow turning over in his grave
Murrow turning over in his grave
Murrow turning over in his grave
Murrow turning over in his grave

[David]

Edward R. Murrow

His last name reminds me of "Gilligan's Island" because of the "S.S. Minnow" relationship.

and why wasnt that on the soundtrack?

It was. The soundtrack in my head.

But seriously, it really does not fit into the style of this film. B&W, 50's archival footage, etc.

Lindsey should be even more proud that he expressed the vision of Murrow in song that was equally as good as film.

Yet another reason why Lindsey is so damn good. Murrow has always been one of my very favorite songs that he wrote.

Murrow has always been one of my very favorite songs that he wrote.I remember when the 'Gift Of Screws' tracks first leaked, and the very first time I heard "Murrow." I literally said "whoa" (how articulate, eh?) when the song finished, and immediately played it another 8 or 9 times.

Definitely one of my all-time favorite Lindsey songs. In fact, I'd put it in the Top 3.
