Katie obviously gave birth to a pillow, so where did the baby come from? I'm guessing it was sent down from the Mothership.

That is funny in some strange and creepy way.

And the silent birth thing? WTF!? Who's idea was that? I also read that the baby can't be spoken to or given medical tests for the first week, since it's already been through enough stress in the birth. Wow...THAT sounds like an intelligent idea.
