Does anyone have, or know of any other version of destiny rules? Accouple of people have posted things that have me wonderin about this. When they did it live, (for about two seconds, then dropped it. ) stevie added some cool things at the end. Also how stevie said that she thought that some of her demos were better, I REALLY liked the sound of her demos in the Destiny doc. The beginning of destiny rules sounded better IMHO. Anyway, this is one of my absolute favorites, but the beginning drives me crazy! I tried playing it for one of my good friends, tellin em what a cool song it was, and they couldn't get past the first two lines. Is there an alternate or live version of this ? that Someone please post if you could thanx :xoxo:

They couldn't get past the first two lines? That's pretty sad.

When I sang it a cappella in front of like 200 people, some in the crowd started rhythmic applause during the line, "maybe our paths are not supposed to cross twice." There's a version that went around that was like the first two minutes of the song, but I think the released version is a bit better.

Her voice is abnormally deep in the first couple lines of that song, but I still love that tune. I think it is my favorite from SYW!

That is also what myfriend said, deep and "goat like" (which yes, stevie usually has that great virbrato that she is known for but yes it is VERY deep, nasaly, and goat like in theose two lines.I agree, but I was still offended as this is seriously in my top 10 stevie songs ever. I love it.

That is awsome!! I whish stevie would sing it like that accapella in the beginning, with rythmic applause. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the lyrics to this. ESPECIALLY in the very beginning. but the vocals ARE a little rough. AND I-NEVER -CRITICIZE-ANYTHING MY BELOVED HEROINE DOES.( I swear.)
