I know this probably means absolutely nothing to most people, but I was reading in the papre this morning that 2 large French power companies were merging to fend off a takeover from an Italian power group. What intrigues me is that one of the French companies merging will become privately owned under the new agreement. I wonder how the workers for that outfit will take that? I imagine that wont go over too well.
