well , what a great concert again in newcastle, we all got up to the stage again and had a great time, we pretty much knew that she would stay at the crowne plaza hotel in newcastle, its the only 5 star hotel there, and vicki stays here ofen when she works up there , and mac stayed there as well,vicki booked the rooms as soon as we kew that stevie was coming , the rooms that stevie and waddy had are the rooms vicki normally has, we had rooms 425 and 426 waddy was in 412 and stevie 413,friday morning i was walking past the room and could here her talking with patrick (from andrew mc mannus ) anyway , that was cool, i had a bit of time to kill , i decided to go for a walk down to the shops , i had not been walking 5 minutes and i ran into waddy just out for a look around, he is pretty cool, we chatted for about 15 minutes, i think he was bored , he signed the gold coast ticket i had in my wallet for lucy , we talked about the shows here,, about security and all sorts of stuff and the dramas we have had at sme of the shows, he really apprecated that we where going to all the shows, i asked for a pic and he said cool and he went on to the shopping mall,i went back to the hotel , met up with jane who had to go shopping for clothes , as she didnt have anything to wear lol, while we were walking to the shops we met him again, had another chat and got some more pics, and then later on we were back at the hotel, chatting with patrick from andrew mc mannus, and waddy come from his room to the elevators, he seen me and vicki, stops and says hi harry ,see you tonight, had a quick chat with vicki then had to get to the venue ,i think that these peopleget really sick of being asked for stuff, and they really liked being a nobody in newcastle , and not being recognised,he was so happy that luucy was a huge fan at such a young age, he gave me the name of his security guy if we had any more problems withvenue security people, and was just a cool down to earth guy , when i met stevie , ithink they really appreciated that i gave them space and in turn they talked with me for about 5 minutes, i chatted with patrick nfrom mc mannus for a couple of minutes before i met her and he said dont ask for pics, she will talk with you, sign stuff but dont ask for pics,so i didnt and was polite to them all and had a god conversation , i talked to her about the book and she said she loved it and read it all,she told vicki at last nights concert thank you for the book she recognised the ribbons jane had made ,after the show at the back gate they leave thru , patrick gave lucy a signed poster, it was supposed to be for some girls that were annoying them at the hotel and he done a deal with them if they let he would get them a sgned poster, well he did , but they didnt show up so he gave it to lucy as he had recognised us from the previous shows, i think that these people will respect you more if yu respect them ,so lucy has done allright this week, she has a stevie signed poster, a front row ticket signed to her from waddy, got to get to the stage 2 times , been there for 2 edge walks, i think lucy will be making mum breakfast in bed every weekend for the rest of her life to pay back this week lol we (me lucy, jayne , marleene have some grat video and pics, some tooo big to post, (18 mins of edge , ) i will get some online when i get home , sydney concert toight then adelade on thursday :wavey:
