I Have not seen this before. Thanks for posting. I'm looking forward to the book. I wonder if Stevie is contributing or is this an "unauthorized" biography.

I love how the picture of Stevie shows her holding a pen- as if she has anything to do with this book.

I just got an email back from the author. The book is coming out in March. This means the book is just about finished. Here is her response.

"I am shooting for early March. My publicist is working on getting media and celebrity endorsements to include in the book along with the fan input. I will update the website as soon as I get the date nailed down."

Yes. I see that. I also note that Stevie is practically "falling" out of her dress. There is also a nickfix.com link. Can they do that without authorization?

I wonder if it's going to be anything like the unauthorized Blondie book that came out some time back and was independently published, "Blondie: From Punk To Present." (http://www.blondiebook.com/) It would be quite lovely if it's in the vein of that book.

I just checked Amazon and this book is not listed...yet. I think I'll wait to see the reviews before I pre-order.

If the author's bio is true, she has had big time jobs...working for CPA giants Ernst & Young and Deloitte, then Pfizer. Of course, none of that necessarily qualifies her to write this book.

You might be thinking of the Halliburton corporation once headed by VP Dick Cheney.
