American Idol

[maygirl]

Do you think if there was American Idol in the 1970's Stevie would have won?

Hmmm no probably not.

MY reason is that the idol programs have the contestants sing every type of song in every style. Stevie wasn't able to do that, she had her own style of singing and though the judges like that in the beginning it quickly turns into criticism...

nope...chris. ;)

I'm sure Simon would have made fun of her outfit.

Out of curiousity, have you seen American Idol?
SN: Whenever I can. I love it. It makes me laugh. If I was 20, I'd be down there trying out.

If Simon said you couldn't sing, how would you react?
SN: I could handle him.

And if you were a judge?
SN: I'd be just like him. "Get another job. Next!"

 yes it would of been funny to hear the criticism of her outfits.... hehe
