Any Billy Joel fans here? I like his music; I wouldn't say I'm his #1 fan or anything, but I thought I'd try for tickets for his fifth show at the Wachovia Center on March 30th in Philly. I put on an album of Billy Joel (Yeah, I said an album.), & the damn thing got stuck on the song, Pressure, of all songs! :lol: I couldn't get to the album to stop it because the tickets were getting ready to go on sale, & it was working on my nerves. My husband was off brushing his teeth. Finally he stopped it. I tried a couple of times for good seats on Ticketmaster.com, first was lower level, back aways, next was on the floor, Section 4. I'd rather be elevated a little as I'm short & wouldn't be able to see, so the third time, I just took the same section that I got the first time, but the seats were a little lower. The pricing isn't really bad for his tickets considering I spent $125 a ticket for the Mac. His was $75 plus all the extra fees. I believe he sold out his other four shows there. I'm looking forward to seeing him. I think it'll be a good show.

Oh we are all talking about that Lee. Everyone here wants to see this and with 5 shows, the chances are good. I am going to Ebay and going to try to see this show somehow! Very cool you got tickets!

I went to the show at the FU center in March of 99 and it was awesome. I was really high up but it didn't matter...it was still an amazing show no matter WHERE you are!

Yeah, I'm a real dedicated fan of Billy's.:lol: I just got The Stranger CD over the weekend & it's 24-bit digitally remastered, & it has some kind of video on it which I haven't quite figured out how to view yet. It's a pretty good CD. :thumbsup:

I'm from Long Island originally, so doesn't that mean I have to love Billy Joel? Actually, I do- he is a talented one, for sure. I've never seen him live, though.

Yeah I lvoe him. My favorite songs are This Is The Time and Big Shot.
