I just went on youtube the other day after I told everyone about the website, and there's like this mega explosion of videos, and things that I've never even seen. I am so impressed and I think that this is just so awesome. If there's any video that anyone has that is not in the list (and make sure its under 80mb), I beg you to create a free youtube account and post.
I'll try to get everything updated on my site this weekend with all the new videos in tact (I prefer to use my site cuz sometimes it's hard to tell what's new on youtube  ), but to each their own I guess...
Mega thanks to priestofnothing for posting a majority of the videos (and you don't stop either!! )

Just out of curiosity, does anyone have the problem of videos (on youtube) freezing up momentarily? It only happens to me with youtube videos, so I was wondering if anyone else had these problems.
Thanks.:wavey:

Hi guys- I dont really ever post here, just lurk, but I saw this, and Ive always wondered how to share some of my videos with you all because you always post such good demos and stuff... but anyway, I posted my recording of Rock and Roll from the first Atlantic City Show, as well as Circle Dance from the second show...
here's Rock and Roll: http://www.youtube.com/?v=kM5fKptGmpE
and here's Circle Dance: http://www.youtube.com/?v=GcqoYkB72rU
For some reason its a lot blurrier on this site than on my computer so if theres another way to post it let me know!
If anyone has either of these full shows, or the Philadelphia or Pittsburgh shows, I would love to buy them from you- I got to shake stevies hand at these 4 shows and would love to see if I coud actually see it on film!!
Thanks guys, and ill see if I have any other good stuff to upload- also does anyone know how to flip a video from vertical to horizontal on the computer? To watch Rock and Roll ya gotta tilt your head to the side... sorry, and also sorry about the screaming and singing in it!!!
THANKS GUYS!

Thanks.:wavey:That happens because it's streaming video, that means that while you are watching it, it is also still downloading. It plays and downloads at the same time, and when your download is slow, it oftentimes plays faster than it can download, so that causes it to freeze at some points. If you watch closely you'll see a grey indicator right underneath the video, and over that a black one. The grey is for how much has been downloaded, and the black is for how much it has played so far. I have a pretty fast internet connection, but sometimes YouTube itself is rather slow, so what I do is when I click on a video, I hit pause first and then wait till the grey indicator is at least halfway (but it's better if you wait till it's all the way done), that way I know the screen won't freeze up during playback, because I hate that. :p
Hope that helps. :)

yep, that's what I do. I typically have 2 windows open; one downloading as I'm searching for another video to watch, that way it's almost constant...

You rock. May I ask what you recorded these with? Stevie's voice sounds very facile on Circle Dance, I love it. Smooth, silky. :)
Omigosh! And she's making "Angel, live Tusk doc face" during Rock and Roll! So cute. You know where Lindsey comes to the mic to sing with her, then steps off for a moment, then comes back, then she looks at him and then the crowd and does that little smile smirk? Yeah, that face. Even with the little dancebob. And finally some more agile and brisk movement! She looks great during RnR.

Hey Amber! Thank you so much for responding!! I was nervous no one would even care about my videos, since i dont ever post here!! Anway- I used my digital camera to film both of these, which was a Nikon Coolpix 3.2-Megapixel Digital Camera. Ive shot a bunch of little clips with it, and I love the pictures it takes, its so clear, its hard to believe its from a digital camera... its so cool, I actually got to put all of my recorded videos onto my Ipod, it just takes me back to those nights everytime i watch... I LOVE stevies eyes in this, you described it perfectly- that cute little smirk, as she holds on to her massive top hat. I was up at the stage for that one, and all I wanted to do was watch her sing, but i know I would regret not having it recorded.... thank god the second night my friend taped circle dance for me so i could give the song my full attention... haha. Anyway, sorry for rambling, and thanks again for replying!!

Lots more terrific things added just today!
MTV Women in Rock segment (1985) (http://www.youtube.com/w/Stevie-Nicks---MTV-Women-In-Rock?v=lixjP9a4y08&search=Stevie%20Nicks%20) - Is it wrong how much I love the animated intro to this?
Tommy Hilfiger interviews Stevie (June 1994) (http://www.youtube.com/w/Stevie-Nicks---Tommy-Hilfiger-Interview?v=Yk0KoJDhjGM&search=Stevie%20Nicks%20)
Interview in the middle of the Rock a Little tour (1986) (http://www.youtube.com/w/Stevie-Nicks---MTV-Rock-A-Little-Tour-Interview?v=N7Q3cFTNPjw&search=Stevie%20Nicks%20) - She looks so sad in here
Today Show interview with Lindsey and Stevie (1987) (http://www.youtube.com/w/Stevie-Nicks---MTV-Rock-A-Little-Tour-Interview?v=N7Q3cFTNPjw&search=Stevie%20Nicks%20) - Wow, Stevie is stunning in the close-up they show. She tells a funny story about her dad leaving one of her tours.
Good Morning America interview with the band (1987) (http://www.youtube.com/w/Fleetwood-Mac---Good-Morning-America-Interview-%28Tango%29?v=-LqPeTU_Svs&search=Stevie%20Nicks%20) - Stevie makes John laugh when she compares the band to an "encounter group"
There are other things, but those are the ones I had never seen before.
I've never seen most of these before. Thanks for posting the link.
I watched Sisters of the Moon & it played from start to finish without stopping, but I played Seven Wonders & it's constantly starting & stopping. I don't understand that. I swear Lindsey is wearing make-up of some sort. Sisters on the Moon was weird. Steve was dressed strange & she never once looked at her bandmates like in the other videos, just out into the audience.
It's going to take me forever to watch them all, but I will no matter how long it takes.
Lee :)

What I do, is let the video play for a few seconds, pause it, and then go back when it's nearly halfway loaded and start watching from there.
SOTM is crazy! Just... crazy. I'm slightly embarrassed for her when I watch the Up all Night clip-- She really doesn't look her best. And how annoying is that host? I like how Stevie sort of mocks her: "I'd looove to come on your UP! all night show!" *Get me out of here look*

In the today show interview from Tango album, stevie doesn't seem happy about the interviewer using the words "crazy", she stops talking then, and doesn't move from then on.. only once the interviewer mentioned her dad introducing her she slowly started cominga round, but she still seemed pretty ****ty about it..
Anyone else notice that too?

I find you need to let the pale grey bar load the whole way, the reason it's stopping and starting is because it hasn't loaded properly ... usually.
And of course he's wearing make-up! Eyeliner, I believe ... It suits him. [As far as I'm concerned -- he looks great in that video.]
SOTM is fairly weird alright, but I love it, it's very intense. Stevie? Dressed strange?! That'd never happen ...

I never started liking Stevie or Fleetwood Mac until The Dance, so seeing Stevie in a hood & the outfit she was in for SOTM was weird to me. Seeing her in her black dress is normal to me, but I guess SOTM is a strange song. Maybe she's supposed to look like that for that song. It's kind of a spooky song, sort of like Halloween or something, but I like it. I don't like the singing in this video of this song for some reason; I like the version on the Best of better.
So I watched Night Bird (Solid Gold) & I like seeing Stevie in a dress other than black. She looked really nice. So who are the three women back-up singers? Is that Lori up with her singing at the mic because it doesn't really look like Sharon?

Let me check that ... She looks great on Solid Gold, doesn't she? I don't think that's Sharon singing with her either, but it's not Lori. Sharon is in the blue outfit I think, and Lori in black beside her. I don't know who the third singer is though...
Maybe I'm wrong?

Well I think Lori is the one in the Red Dress and the lady in black is actually Marilyn Martin or Mimi as Stevie would call her.
Hope that helps.

Has anyone watched the Stand Back vid from 1991? This is not the Stevie I picture from 1991. Her hair isn't crazy big, she isn't wearing an outrageous outfit, and she moves and spins. She also looks pretty small. Interesting.

Thanks.:wavey:
I think you're probably trying to play the vid. before the entire file has downloaded. These are BIG files and they take time to download.
(Look closely - there's a darker area moving slowly to the right - that shows you the progress of the video downloading. But when you PLAY the vid., there's an even DARKER area which shows you how far into the vid. you are.)
So I'd suggest just going off and doing something else for five minutes while the entire file downloads, with the volume off, and then coming back to it and watching the entire thing at once. It should play smoothly then. What's happening, I think, is that the thing's playing up to the point where it's downloaded to, so far - and then stopping until it gets more of the file from the server. Can't play something that hasn't been dowloaded yet, in other words... So just give it time to download the entire thing and then play it all at once.
Look at it this way - in the dim, dead days of the early 90s (lmao!), a file this whoppingly HUGE would have taken three hours to download, and then your entire computer would have crashed for three days halfway through the video!
P.S. - OOOPS! OH, sorry, I just realized a couple of other people already answered this (and better than me, I think...) But I'll leave it up any-way in case it's still helpful, somehow. OH well. . . .
P.S. II - yes I did just plagiarize Steven King, thank you!
