I called HMV to special order my copy (LOL...I knew they wouldn't have it in stock) and was told that the Canadian release date is at the end of January. I forget which day and I didn't write it down...but yeah like the 30th or something. So order it after that.

That's awesome news!! Thank you! I couldn't figure out why none of the stores in Toronto had it. Usually CDs and DVDs are released here same as in the US. I can't wait to finally see this!

That is great news.. But I couldn't wait, I just went ahead and ordered though Amazon.. It was $14 bucks US or something like that and with the exchange being so low and shipping it came to, I think, about $19 bucks... so probably about the amount it will be when it's finally in the stores here.

how many canadians are on the ledge? i'm from windsor ont and i have the advantage of border shopping so i got mine over 6 weeks ago....hope u get it soon as it's really good....pat (long time fan)

well you're right ofcourse. but in the UK and Europe it still is postponed. and maybe there IS a possibility that they are going to add it to a new album as a promotional extra.... releasing both of them apart could be an unnecessary investment for the european market......

I ordered min in Nov through HMV nd got in New Years Eve only to find it was lsioced open doen the middle with what likjes box cuuters or knife. I jhad to rder a replacement copy and they said it is being released on Jan 31/06.

I wait for it 'till a region 2 release.......Musicstore.nl has the release date down for February 28.

I'm glad I didn't order the region 1 version, it would have costed me more than 20 euro. :)

What is the difference in the 2 versions?There's no difference. The only difference is the region code, which is 1 for the US and 2 for Europe. Nowadays most dvd-players are region free, but the player that comes with my surround sound set isn't, so I didn't want to order the region 1 version, because I wouldn't be able to play it with decent sound. I'm glad a region 2 version is coming out now. :)

Finally got it! I think its great. I especially love Someone's Gotta Change Your Mind (not familiar with that one, I have no solo Lindsey stuff, sorry, where is that song from? Also love Down On Rodeo. Great, great version of Trouble IMO. I'm alittle tired of Big Love and Go Insane (but still good). Say Goodbye, not as good as LIB but still loved it. Not enough Stevie for me (and yes she was alittle subdued). What led up to the Frozen Love lyric? (those two lyrics, how fitting :laugh: ) I wish Stevie would be more spontaneous like that more often. That was so cool. I'm no guitar expert by any stretch of the imagination but Lindsey's playing is phenomenal. Overall :thumbsup: :thumbsup: two thumbs up. Well worth my $14.99

Sidenote: Dude at Best Buy told me that all the stores only got two copies, pathetic.

Correct me if I'm wrong but it's a Gift of Screws song. I have it along with a bunch of other GOS songs including early tracks of some of the SYW stuff. Common release that thing!

:nod: :nod: :nod: I agree. Love, love, love that song. Are there any other really good live versions of it? I watched it again today and just love Trouble and Rodeo also. :thumbsup: The music arrangements on those songs are so beautiful. The dvd is worth it for just those 3 songs alone.
