I guess it's that time of the year again...

Anybody have any? And don't say 'quit smoking' or 'lose weight' !

I don't plan on losing any weight, though that would be nice also, but that is not my ultimate goal. I do have to change my eating habits because I suffer from vertigo at the most inconvenient occassions due to the lack of vitamins and an overload of junk food. I guess I can blame that on my work schedule, which changes each week and never allows me to form some kind of stable rythm in my life. I wish I could do three meals a day, but oftentimes I am glad if I am able to squeeze in one.

So, what are yours? :D

My husband and I are quitting smoking, but we're doing it the day after Christmas instead of waiting for New Year's. It's going to be awful, but we have to do it.

Vertigo is rough- good luck with all that.

Every year I tell myself the same damned thing...

I'm going to save money, control my spending, and actually keep my checkbook balanced.

And by the time February rolls around, I've bought a ton of new stuff (gotta buy all the things on my Christmas list that others didn't buy for me!), have nothing left in the bank, and if I did I couldn't tell you how much because there's lots of missing entries in my register!

Mine would be to definitely lose some weight. I've put some on lately, and I havent figured out if it's the depression med I'm on or not thats a part of it. Of course no one tells me to eat the food I do, its my choice, so ultimately its up to me.
