Alot of qeustions here...sorry if it gets rough;)

Okay, so (with the convincing of many) I've decided to get the Enchanted Box Set (see Enchanted Disc 3 thread)

But I'd like to get back into trading, for demos, rare songs, all that. Does anyone have any suggestions, for a Demo Compilation. I want stuff along the lines of Melacine, Maker Of Birds, Three Birds Of Rhiannon, Forrest of The Black Roses... stuff like that, the "mystical" songs if you will;)

I was thinking about getting For The Gypsies That Remain comp. from the first trading site I ever dealt with: http://www.geocities.com/chula71619732/sncollectdemo.html

But it doesn't have Maker Of Birds....Is this a good place to start, or is there anything better out there?

Also (another annoying question) :sorry: What is the history of Battle Of The Dragon? When did this song first appear?

Last annoying question, this set has the Smile At You (Tusk) demo. Is the Mirage one better? I remember a debate around here (during the SYW rlease) that one of them was more intense than the other. If the Mirage one is better, does anyone know a better compilation.

:D thanks a lot

I don't think I have heard the Tusk version, but the mirage one is the angry version I believe, which in my opinion is the best. I can send it to you if you want.

o.k. here it is. I know a lot of people have it already, but I thought I'd post it anyway just in case there are some who don't have it. I can't listen to the studio version anymore!

"so YOU BE TRUE TO ME!!!!!!"

can someone tell me what she says right at the beginning of this demo? something about singing with a little feeling or something??....

Also (another annoying question) :sorry: What is the history of Battle Of The Dragon? When did this song first appear? It was a Petty-Nicks duet that was going to go on Rock a Little, but it got put on a movie soundtrack instead.
Last annoying question, this set has the Smile At You (Tusk) demo. Is the Mirage one better?I don't think it has anything to do with Tusk. It was an acetate that was probably done for an earlier Mac album ... probably Rumours. The Mirage Smile is super super super cool. Good luck on your demo compilation hunt. There are a million of them out there, so there's plenty to choose from.
