Look at amazon or other websites. I think you will find used books. The best, as I said, in my opinion, is Mick's Autobiography (with Stephen Davis). "My life and adventures in Fleetwood Mac".
Bob Brunning books are good too.

A lot of basic, factual mistakes that make you yell at the book?

I have Mick's "25 Years"; and two copies of his coffee table book(one sealed, one opened). Also, I have Rumours Exposed.

Actually having 25 Years and the coffee table book, you could have WRITTEN Rumours Exposed!
Or Rumoursexposed as the paperback copy I borrowed was titled, just in case anyone didn't get it.

I agree. Brunning's Book is interesting for the coverage of the 1973-78 lawsuit from Davis's perspective, but even then I wonder if he's getting facts wrong. In other places where simple facts are misreported I wonder if he even cares about the material or is just trying to make money on his tenuous association with the band.

The Samuel Graham book (I forget the title) that came out back in 1976 is pretty good up to that point. I'd like to see an updated edition from him that would bring his book up to date.

Good lord, the man would have to write a second book altogether with everything that's happened since 1976!

Though, to be fair, it is entitled "MY Life and Adventures in Fleetwood Mac."

I dunno...I really enjoyed it. The way he described certain things (especially the Tusk tour and his relationship with Stevie) were really fascinating. I guess some of that would have gotten a little help from Stephen Davis but whatever. I guess if we had a Stevie or a Lindsey book to compare it to...

Or even better, a Christine book...
Mick's book is great. I even like Bob Brunning's book, despite the obvious factual errors. There's even a few new things that didn't appear in Mick's book, like the Christine/Martin Birch affair. But, Rumours Exposed is a terrible book, a complete waste of money.

Mick's book is IMO about the best of the bunch but I do wonder if all of it is true. I agree that Rumours Exposed is rubbish.
I can't see Christine writing a book but maybe she persuade her brother? As long as it's not called Songbird!

Mick's was a fun read, but truly there have been no really excellent books on FM published - (at least on the level of the recent book on Tom Petty or Bob Dylan, or Wilco)

I agree everyone's suggestion of Mick's Book, My 25 Years in Fleetwood Mac. I would try to purchase the hardcover with the CD.
I also thought that the new book about Rumours was pretty good, Never Break the Chain : Fleetwood Mac and the Making of Rumours by Cath Carroll
There are also some good books about individual members(besides Mick) too:
Peter Green: The Authorized Biography with a Foreword by B. B. King written by Martin Celmins
STEVIE NICKS by Ethlie Ann Vare----This one is hard to find now.

like the Christine/Martin Birch affair.
yea theres not much around on that, no one ever says how christine & john recovered from that, it just appears that they just did! in the bob brunning book hes too busy talking about him & jenny to go into much detail. & i guess mick was probably just scared to say anything about it! unless christine did actually kill him! we dont know much about this little bit in mac history.
