The book I'm reading right now is called "Sex Drugs and Cocoa Puffs" by Chuck Klosterman (Read it. Its amazing). But its a series of pop culture related essays, and he was talking about how every relationship he has ever had can be desribed by the same songs, so he went on to say:

My feelings about politics and literature and mathematics and the rest of life's minutiae can only be described through a labyrunthine of six-sided questions, but everything that actually matters can be explained by Lindsey ****ing Buckingham and Stevie ****ing Nicks in under four ****ing minutes. Important things are inevitable cliche, but nobody wants to admit that.

*laughs*

In "Stupid White Men" by Michael Moore, he's talking about the arms race between the Soviet Union and the USA: "By 1978 they had a whopping 25,393 nuclear warheads - while we had running water, Stevie Nicks, and a comfortable 24,424 nukes". So Stevie can be used as a Quality-Of-Life-meter.
