I highly doubt that the seller is Herbert. Photographers usually do have the rights to the photos they take and also keep any negative and tear sheets. The subjects may purchase the rights but usually don't.

I think maybe if people actually knew this was him running the auction and making the shirts then they would buy......... JMO though :shrug: I considered maybe buying one but wasn't too sure about what I would get for my $35 so I haven't bid yet...... since it is really Herbert then maybe I'll make the plunge....

I remember when he was selling the "Bella Donna" statue. A statue that was in one of the outtakes for the Bella Donna photo shoot. I really wanted that statue. He even provided a picture that showed the statue. I just couldn't afford it.
