She'd never come to Paris. Only 10 people know who Stevie Nicks is in France.

And it's a one hour flight from where I live, I would drag ten more.

Ok, ok I guess I could beg 10-15 people to come too. We could have an intimate unplugged show in someone's basement ;)

It sounds a great idea, especially the unplugged part. And moreover we would be in an excellent position for the Edge of Seventeen handshake. ;)

For Stevie to be coming to AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND, europe is NOT a far off thought! I would of thought she would be over in europe before coming to AUS...

Paris would be close enough! Of course I would prefer Dortmund or Oberhausen, but you can fly from the Dortmund airport (4 minutes by car from where I sit) for about 40 euros to Paris, so that wouldn't be the biggest problem! Or we meet up with 20 persons and take my mum's Smart? That's what I would call fun.....NOT!

I'll chip in if it's less than 60 Euro per person.

But if she plays more than three of the following songs - Dreams, Outside The Rain, Edge of Seventeen, Stand Back, Rhiannon, Landslide, Gold Dust Woman, Stop Draggin', I Need To Know - the deal's off.

I saw Stevie's 2 shows at Wembley Arena on TOSOTM tour and loved every minute of them. Just seeing Stevie on that stage was so amazing (despite the fact that the sound was bad and she sounded pretty rough!)

I always remember at the end of one of the shows, her standing with her shawl wrapped up over her head and people holding candles around her (i have pics of this somewhere!). She looked so beautiful, but very sad (and tears rolled down her cheeks when she sang 'Has anyone ever written anything for you')

I would pay anything to see her, anywhere in the UK (and the thought had crossed my mind that it is not too much of a stretch to think she might play a date or two over here).

Here's hoping (wouldn't that make 2006 something to look forward too?)

I was at those shows!...a transfixed 18year old on my own as none of my mates would come see some middle aged woman in a shawl...I was totaly transfixed particularly as I was at the height of my teenage Stevie obsession!...But yes the sound was crap and she wasn't on best form...but I have very fond memories....My First time and all that !

I think Mac played the Arena in 1988 but played the Stadium in 1990? Can you explain the difference? Kinda like Oakland Coliseum & Oakland Arena (one a huge outdoor football stadium & one a much smaller indoor sports arena)?
