I was just watching the VH1 All access video for the first time, and I fell in love with the footage from Mick's own movies. I want more: more of Stevie doing the hula with a flower behind her hair, more FM members in yogic warrior pose at the shore!
Has anyone heard if there is a plan to release these? Or perhaps some of this footage is in another video I haven't seen.

I am working on it. The whole thing is too big, so I have to edit it in Imovie - semi-steep learning curve for me. I think I can post something tomorrow morning.:o

:)

My favourite part is when Christine says: "What's it like to be a sex symbol in Rock and Roll? I don't know, ask Stevie Nicks!" And then she laughs. :)

Cool, thanks - I should have posted that link. If you can't download that big file, I am pulling out some favorite visuals. It seems to be muxed, so I can't get the sound into Imovie (not impressed with Imovie so far) but I will put a song on it.

I pulled the Mick home movie footage out of the All Access video, and re-edited
it. There is also footage in this that is likely from some other documentary, and not just Mick's camera. Also, there are effects on some of the footage which is probably from the editors who did the work for VH1. This is.mov, Quicktime, but I hope it can be opened with other players, like mpeg can.

Thanks for the clips... I'm downloading now. I've never seen this All Access show. I think I've seen parts of it, or rather bit that are in it, 'cause I've seen the Christine sex symbol clip... But thanks!

ON EDIT: having just watched... did they ever look like they had lots of fun, eh? I loved the clip of Stevie talking so animatedly to someone, and then laughing, and, of course, the yoga on the beach. They must miss those days..

Just that torrent, or torrents in general? If you want any help figuring out BitTorrent stuff, feel free to PM me, I know at least a little bit about how to get stuff up and running.

Well, that site said I didn't have access.
But, here's what happened. When the Tusk rehearsal came out on Torrent, I went through the complex process of setting up all the stuff to get it. So, I got it - but it's never worked since, and I can't figure out why. So, maybe I will PM you.
Thanks.

Wow. Just--Wow. Never having seen the FM All Access, I really loved this little compilation. Ya know, when I see stuff like this, and like the Day on the Green clip, or Angel from the Tusk doc, it really makes me realize that, yeah... this was some thirty odd years ago. Which of course, in turn, makes me grab a big bottle of red wine. Time flies.

Just a question, for anyone in general-- Is Bittorrent like any of those other downloading programs? What's it like in terms of privacy and all of that?
I've grown paranoid over the last six years, when it comes to downloading and stuff.

Oh man! I just realized that David also used "Fireflies" for the backround music to his "Day On the Green" clip. Sorry David! :o
I didn't think about it (although I must have remembered subconsciously) and the song just seemed to fit the footage. I have remade the clip, with a different song, just for variety.
