I am surprised no one has posted about this yet:
Mick will be at 2, maybe 3 Los Angeles area Gelson Grocery Stores this Saturday the 29th autographing his bottles of wine.
I'll post the location and time info this afternoon when I get the chance to ask my sources. However I am sure you guys will now call the stores and beat me to it lol.

OMG, I'd go ask Ledgie questions in a heartbeat! I'd be like, "yeah, great, wine, right. But what about another album? Yes, very rich flavours on my palette, sure. Any plans to tour again? Very fruity, I agree. Yeah, pour me another. And Lindsey? What's he up to? And Stevie?" *hiccup*

Just getting to Century City is an epic nightmare. And once I do, the traffic is hideous, and most of the SUV's are driven by plastic surgery disaster Hollywood wives. I find the whole experience traumatic. In spite of the cool stores in the mall there. Actually, the Century City mall is the place in LA where I have seen the most plastic surgery. It is curious and shocking.
I should go more often, I just don't usually go west of Vine unless it involves an impressive paycheck.
No Ho is kind of dirty in spots, but there are some fun junk stores and always some artsy bohemian types doing something. Plus, hey, if I HAVE to go to a Gelsons, I will pick the one that is 15 minutes from my house:lol:

You're funny. NoHo is probably the better place to go actually now that I think about it. It will be probably be a shorter line.

I went. Mick said Stevie is already in Australia. He also said that Fleetwood Mac will be touring in 2007 or the end of 2006.
He also mentioned a Lindsey solo tour. I doubt that will happen. I'll believe it when Gift Of Screws comes out.
He asked me how I heard about the meet and greet, and I said, "the internet," and his manager said "the Ledge?" It seemed like they didn't like the Ledge very much.
I was wearing my half moon necklace and he recognized it. :)

There weren't that many people there; it wasn't advertised much. He didn't mind answering Mac questions. I didn't taste the wine because I'm underage (I went with my parents).

C'mon. How many times has Mick been bashed on here for being an idiot?   If they read this place at all, they know our (most of us anyway) perception of him. Hawking wine at a grocery store probably isn't going to change that image!
PS- I would've gone though, if it weren't 2000 miles away. I'd have driven 20 miles though.

:Looking at the Members List right now...:
The Ledge currently has 1,400 members without a single post to their name. Some of them registered way back in late 2000. What's the point of registering with a message board if you're not going to use it? Or is the ability to read public profiles extremely amusing?

It'll probably start at the end of 06, then go into 07. BTW, why must they always start on the East Coast? I never got that. I wish for once they'd start on the West so we could be worry-free for once about Stevie's probable bronchial/voice problems.
Has anyone tried Mick's wine? Is it any good? I'm going to LA this weekend and will pick some up if anyone can recommend it.

According to my friend, it's actually pretty good. The red moreso than the white, but I guess that would depend on your individual preference a lot too. She says there are better wines to be had for the same price or less, but if you're a fan it's worth picking up a bottle just to say you've tried it.
