I think that movie would have been a lot more successful if they'd simply replaced Will Ferrell with another actor halfway through.

Hee. That was my first thought too.

That song makes me cringe... I think of the awful corset and want to roll my eyes at that whole "willow tree" line.

They should have never hired Will Ferrell in the first place. Instead of brutalizing prisoners physically at Gitmo, they should show his movies. The effect would be the same.

I'll wait until the day after Thanksgiving to buy it. It'll probably be ten bucks or less.

Nicole saved it! And the fact that they didn't totally rip off the original...and actually SHOWED Liz!

I am more excited about getting Season 2.

I didn't think it was awful, I thought it was cute. Not a great movie by any means, but it kept me entertained. And, HELLO, not only did it have Nicole Kidman, but it had Stephen Colbert and Mo Rocca. It get points for that right off the bat.

Psh. PSH. I'm hardcore about that show. I successfully converted Hayley, who before was all, "Ohh, Buffy. Laaamez0rz." And now she's shipping Spuffy (GAG) until the cows come home. <3 <3

I'm aaaall about the Giles/Anya. Or Xander/Cordelia. :woohoo:

I always thought the prospect of Giles/Anya was wonderful. They had so many "what if" moments...especially from "Tabula Rasa"! But Anya is def. my favorite character in the Buffyverse! I liked Cordy more on Angel...she grew SOOO MUCH! My fav. Buffy seasons are 5, 7 and 3.


BTW...I liked Spuffy too! :sorry:

Anya's my favorite, too!@!#@!@1!!!1 Oh man, I love her. I cried when they killed her. That was a dark, dark day.

I liked Cordy more on Buffy, but I really only watched a few episodes of Angel. IE the first part of Season 1, latter part of Season 4, and most of Season 5. I like my Cordy with a side of snark, and she brought it on Buffy. Spank your inner moppet, etc. <3

ANYA ROCKS! I have SOOOOOOOOOO many fav. Anya quotes...She is the best! I HATED when they killed her...but at least it was on the series finale!

I remember that...what eppy was that from though?

I loved her on Angel because she grew as a person and I loved her relationship with him...and she actually learned to fight and defend herself.

My favorite Buffy season is probably Season 3. I looooove Faith. My ranking's probably 3/2/5/4/1/6/7. Because Season 7 made no damn sense.


I think most of my Spuffy hate comes from my irrational hatred of Spike and how they wrote his character from seasons 5-7. He was all badass and then he gets a crush on Buffy and he's a total wuss. And then he goes and saves the day in the finale, completely ruining the "Girl Power!#!@!!1" theme of the show.

Sigh. I hate Spike.


Season 7 was complicated, but it has some great episodes I think! "Him" was WONDERFUL!
