"By all means take it away!" Very funny. She only said "well" 13 times by my count.

Nice breathy vocals on Dreams. Her delivery actually has a different tone and approach to it. Amazing considering her chem'd out state. But who the hell is that guy wailing along with her ?

TTM...this is fun ! She is ultra wacked out. But at least she is singing in time.
And really into it. Nutty.

Oh, this Storms is exquisite and completely new to me. This vocal defies description. The Tusk voice was the pinnacle in my mind. Happy Sparky Sigh.:wavey:

That is an interesting version of Storms. Sounds like they are working it out together before properly recording it.On all these things with Stevie working with Lindsey, she always comes across as being . . . well, incompetent. Did she try to be incompetent working with him just to assert some sort of passive-aggressive control over the proceedings?
Is that Stevie playing piano?The endlessly alternating I to V in the right hand is usually the clue.

I remember being that fun loving and energetic in a parking lot of a Safeway in the summer of 1986 myself. Indeed, I was singing with a voice that sounded like I had backed up sinuses, very little lungpower because I had been chain smoking, and I had done so much cocaine that I was convinced I sounded great !

Okay, Stevie actually does sound great here about 40% of the time. And I even like the rest. It is fun loving. And I am nothing if not fun loving !

that would be Bobby Martin, the guy who also sang L&L & who played keys & saxophone & flute.

He wasn't normally that prominent in the mix for Dreams, but I think this soundboard just emphasizes his mic artificially. You notice how the backup ladies are practically undetectable in this mix?
