NOLA Katrina Photo Essay

These were taken on 8/31, a couple days after Katrina, by a guy that had a boat & was helping with the rescues. He obviously grew up in Mid-City, but he has pics in Lakeview, Mid-City, & the CBD. He gave a description with each picture. I know every single place he photographed. So sad.
