The Stones cover was fantastic and the white guitar he played was to die for as far as I am concerned.
I, too, wish SMAP was on it - but it is not. I just will never get why they do not use the whole DVD. I mean it seems one more song would fit onto it and it is not like the addition of one song is gonna cost any significant amount more.
But, they always do this and it pisses me off LOL

well SMAP and Bleed to Love Her were all done sort of spur of the moment as requests so maybe they dont count them. It seems they used all the scheduled songs on the DVD.

Isn't he already losing cash with the 13 tracks on it? Maybe he doesn't want to go any further (just going by what he said on Destiny Rules about only being paid on 12 tracks or something like that). But then again, maybe it's a little different with a live show cause usually there are more than 12 or 13 song played in a concert, so maybe with visual product the limits are raised, then yeah... why not put it all out there.. What's he going to hold onto it for??

I wasn't there to see Lindsey's impromptu performances of Save Me A Place and Bleed To Love Her, so I can't remark on the quality of those performances. Yet, I never ever thought or expected that they would be included on the DVD, since they were not part of the official set list.
Those performances are considered to be "off the record." I don't feel the least bit slighted that they weren't on the DVD. Yes, they could have been included as bonus tracks...but there are a number of variables we can speculate on as to why they weren't.
Maybe Lindsey himself vetoed the idea because he didn't think the performances were up to par, or likely, the set list was already carved in stone. Obviously, he wasn't planning on performing those songs. He performed them for the immediate audience....not for the DVD. Hurray for a rare moment of authentic spontenaity Peacekeeper!
There is this vital element of production called "Editing." Just because something exists doesn't demand that it has to be released or used.
I don't feel like anything is missing from the DVD.
Perhaps somehow those songs will surface later on...as bootlegs.

awesome! I loved seeing what little of "I Am Waiting" was recorded on the Destiny Rules documentary. Too bad they didnt release that recording on CD. I have a feeling there was quite a bit of stuff that didnt make Say You Will that we may never see.
