This one was the best q and a they have.Forget about Javier because all he did was get  about something that happened twenty years back!"Hoppy" Hodges answered all our questions without a tinge of resentment.(you have to remeber that fritz wasn't the only band that got dumped)Instead of being all :( he remebered Lindsey and Stevie as great friends and great human beings.
Highlights of the q and a in my opinion (all of it :) )better phrased highlights I remeber-1.When we found out that"Life in the Fastlane" isn't any old tune about a boy and girl. :rolleyes:2.Him describing the "glow" he saw on Stevie while they were watching t.v.waiting for Lindsey to get back from somewhere. :eek:3.Like I said before basically the whole thing! :D If you haven't read this I suggest you go and read it cause it's the most enjoyable q (be it in my opinion)followed by Keith Olsens. But Hoppy your #1 ;)
"It's like I saw Jesus or something"Qoute from Hodges on seeing the "glow" cast by Stevie

Glad you enjoyed the Hoppy Q&A. He did seem like an awfully sincere and nice person.

I have some big doubts though about the "Life in the Fast Lane" issue though. I know Hoppy is convinced "Life in the Fast Lane" is about Stevie and Lindsey, and he may believe that for a variety of reasons -- not the least of which is that he simply likes the idea that these two people he knew are immortalized in this cool song about a sexy couple learning the ropes in the rock world. But according to the writer of the song, Don Henley, this song isn't about Lindsey and Stevie. Henley has spoken about that song at some length in many interviews and he's said the song is actually about himself and his then girlfriend.

For me personally, I think I need to take Henley's word over Hoppy's. :)

I agree. Whenever I hear "Life In The Fast Lane" it does remind me of Stevie & Lindsey, but I really don't think that it was written for them. If Don Henley says it's not, then I am going to have to believe him. After all, it is his song.

Yeah your right-I cause it's just a nice thought :)I had my doubts too :confused:and if Henley said it,it's the truth :D and it's not about my fav couple; but that's kind of a bummer :( "Oh Well" :p Did you guys think the whole "glow" thing was for real though???
