Anyone else having problems with their Photobucket accounts? My banners are not showing, and pages that I have posted on are taking forever to load. I can't even access the website. I noticed some other peoples signatures aren't showing either, so I was thinking it might not just be me.

I had the same problem earlier this morning. My signature wasn't showing up. I thought at first there might be a problem with my internet connection. But, everything seems fine now. There must have been a problem with the Photobucket website.

I called my internet provider to make sure it wasn't a problem on their end (I can't get to newgrounds either) they said they could access the sites and didn't know what the heck was going on. As luck would have it I have an Ebay auction going right now (with photobucket hosted pics) and I can't see my photos! LOL! Could someone be a doll and tell me if they can see my banners? If so then I'll assume it's just my computer being a poo.

Now it's happening again. My signature isn't showing & I can't access Photobucket's website. I think the problem is on their end, not my computer.

So at the moment I'm using a different photo hosting site, an especially crappy one, LOL! I can see my blinkie pumkin though! :woohoo:
Any who, a post from a Ebay message board states this:
"It is not a Photobucket problem. PB is serving all the issues. It is an ISP problem. It is apparently affecting around 5% of people who use PB.
This means that although you may not be able to access your PB account, others can still see the images, depending on what route the information is travelling"
"Apparently two ISP's are not on very good terms at the moment, and are not passing the info between them."

You can always use this one if Photobucket is giving you a hard time. :)

I don't play Photobucket. It annoyed me that they wanted to know so much information about me. I am tired of giving every Tom, Dick and dot com my name, address and phone number. I like imagecave. It is quick and easy.

I didn't even remember that, LOL! Well thankfully it wasn't a hacker stealing everyones infomation. I looked around different places for a backup hosting site incase this wasn't fixed, I really didn't like any of them better than Photobucket. I agree though, it does become quite a bother to hand over information like that.

I don't think I ever saw WNN, is it still on? I would have liked a little polka on my Thursdays!
I definitly remember Channel One, my 5th grade year was their first season. The ever chipper Lisa Ling wasn't all that great so early in the morning though, lol! I think there was a guy from 21 Jump Street on there too for a short while.

It's still on (in the early morning hours), but not in my area, unfortunately. I really really really miss it. It was so funny and informative; a truly unique show.

Oh, I HATED Lisa Ling. What a twit. She'd give reports on the Gulf War with a ridiculous smile plastered across her face, as if she was covering animal adoptions or some such ****.
Do you remember the OneVote mock election? I voted for Ross Perot!

Hmm, I'll have to see if I have that in my area. Is it kind of like the Daily Show?

Now that one I don't remember to well, then again my school never really encouraged to much participating in anything, lol! Who won the mock election?

A little bit. It was a serious news program, but it was fun and bouncy. The anchors joked around a lot (Anderson invoked Yanni on many occasions) and the WNN polka was just infectious. Even in the early morning hours, I'd get up and dance to it.

Clinton won. I only voted for Perot because my mother watched his stupid programs and I thought he was funny looking. And I got a giggle out of the votes being tallied on the blackboard and Perot getting only one vote: mine.

Cool! All this time I took Anderson for the very serious type, quite refreshing I must say :) I've been known to dance to a bit of polka myself, my mom cranks it up to 11 in her convertable, lol!
