Boring. It's not good, it's not bad. It's dull as dishwater. :sorry: Another one she didn't write, it's like she said "ah, what the hell, I'll stick this one on there too." Music - mediocre. Vocal - mediocre. Lyrics - mediocre. I'm not even going to list any that I like. Bland bland bland.

And is it me, or does it sound almost identical to Unconditional Love? I've actually confused the two choruses on occasion.

The pic of her on the picture sleeve for the single is hot, though.

It's not just you. I always say "Maybe Unconditional Love Will Change Your Mind" :D
They are both my two least favorites on the album.

I agree with everything you said, Paula. I skip it. It's totally boring. The choruses of UL and MLWCYM are interchangeable. That's pretty sad and on the same album none the less. It's the same damn melody (I'll have one song in my head and then start singing the other thinking it's still the same song). Wrong Stevie, just wrong. At least she didn't write it but that's no justification.

also love the demo version as well, with that guitar solo..

I doubt it. MLWCYM is an awesome song. I love it.

I love this song. I MUST hear the demo. The european "single" mix of this is better. It has alittle more kick. Whenever I make mixed Stevie C D's I make them in different categories. Sisters of the moon paired with Rhiannon and the like, ect. But for my "feel good Happy" Stevie mix, This song (single version)always makes it . Also This song won over one of my CHRISTIAN Co-workers :blob2: who believed that stevie was all about mysticism and bieng a which. It is one of the songs that I allways use for that reason, and then they seem to be more open to listening to other songs....Eventually, I have them singing along to Sorcerer!

Boring mall pop. Sounds like something that makes the playlists at TJ Maxx regularly. No thanks.

It's one of those Stevie Nicks songs that suffers greatly because it's just plain boring and lacks any of her personality. Anyone could sing it.

I voted fantastic. Her vocals are very good, and it's a catchy, very nice song. I prefer the demo though, but that's a constant for Street Angel tracks.

4 1/2 Stars!
I like it because it's catchy, sunny pop! When I first heard it though, I was like "This is kinda lame." But after a few closer listens it REALLY started to grow on me. It's definately one of Stevie's "feel good" songs. Which is different for her so I like the change of pace. I think I have heard the European mix but I'm not sure if what I heard is that or not, but I LOVE the "demo" version. It seriously rocks!

Don't really have time to comment at length about this one but it's
not one of my top favs - just kind of an "okay, fun Stevie song."
But I like the reincarnation imagery and the way she uses repetition
to try to get that across. Kind of a cutesy, semi-forgettable Steviesong.
I bet a lot of people DO like it, though!

One of my favorites from 'Street Angel.'
I still remember how great this sounded on the car radio as my friend and I rode around on warm June days with the windows down.

It's a great, catchy pop song... and God help me, but I love a catchy pop song! :D

4 stars. Nice, catchy pop song. It's not her best, but it's a cheery song, which I don't think she has all that many of.

Stellar..love it much.
How tragic that some find it boring. And how tragic that they have to post for the millionth time about how they find it boring..which I guess,in turn makes their post boring! ha.

Well, boring or not, that's why I post these threads. To discuss exactly why we do or don't like songs (as opposed to just writing "it sucks" or "it's awesome.") :p

BTW, I LOVE the Stevie pic in your signature. One of my favorites.
