Hey everyone, I'm new here, name's Brian and I'm in Santa Fe and wanted to introduce myself. WWith that, I;m hoping someone here can help me out. I'm a RAL Tour fanatic, and I'm wondering if anyone has any pictures, and reviews, etc that they could share? and what really happened in Australia?

Thanx
Brian :wavey:

Welcome fellow RAL lover. It's my favorite Stevie time period as well. Can't beat her craziness and unpredictability. She was all over the place. Now that's rock and roll!

Sidebar: I wish I had come up with a more original name on here. The thing is when I joined the board I didn't intend to actually stay - I just wanted a DVD of my Vegas show so I used the first name that came to mind. No going back now!

Thanks, Becky :xoxo:. I chose it for 2 reasons - first because Bombay Sapphires is one of my favorite songs and secondly because my birth stone is sapphire so it's quite fitting.

I'm not sure about the wildest one. I think we'd have to open that up to our panel of experts. ;)

I'm a RAL Tour fanatic, and I'm wondering if anyone has any pictures, and reviews, etc that they could share? and what really happened in Australia? You Send It is fun! I uploaded a very very short snippet clippet of Stevie singing "Knockin' on Heaven's Door" with Dylan & Petty at that February 1986 show in Australia:

Somebody with patience & skill should infiltrate the Dylan fans to get the whole thing of this. Why are Stevie fans so lazy? Why won't they infiltrate other communities in order to steal property?

I didn't know the whole thing existed. I have looked for it on Dylan trade pages but never found anything.

I have a video of it somewhere that I got from a Dylan trader years ago. Dodgy quality, though.

If it takes skill to get any of this stuff, they must not be very important skills. Go to any big Dylan trader and they'll probably have it. There's even a boot out there of Stevie, Tom, and Bob jamming in the hotel bar.

And welcome iamovercome! :wavey:

Wow I didn't know that was out there. I've checked a few sites, but have never dug that deeply into it. Maybe that will be my new project.

What a quintessential RAL-era vocal! Love it! Funny, you'd think she'd sound that way NOW that she's 57 instead of THEN when she was 38.
