It's a crap channel. The only good things I've seen on it are the Margaret Cho concerts (which suck because they're edited) and that movie with Vanessa Redgrave as a transexual tennis player. The rest of the stuff is a lot of stereotypical gay crap; I'm surprised they haven't had any Judy Garland specials yet.

Why is it that the straight married girl likes this channel?
I've seen Indigo Girls & Sara McLaughlin (sp) concerts, and they air pretty good documentaries. Their original programming - not so much. They're OK, but not great. The old TV movies are priceless, though.

They probably won't be able to get the property license to show them...Unless it is a CRAPPY "public domain" version of one of her TV shows (specials)...

Who owns the rights? I doubt Liza and Lorna would say no; their fanbases are mainly gay men.

Well it depends...her TV series is owned by pioneer which sells them in the in the two large box sets...and they are "SUPREME-looks-like-they-were-just-made-yesterday" quality, so I doubt they will allow anyone to just show those for just anything.
Her 1955,1956,1962, and 1963 TV specials, I could understand if they were able to show those because they were owned by Sid Luft (I believe) who just died.

I was disappointed with CHo. Once again a comedian who cusses up a storm when they really don't need to. You don't have top have a sewer mouth to be funny. It adds nothing to the act, just makes her look like low caliber trash.

It's a matter of taste. I like dirty Cho. She kills me. I can't wait for her new book and DVD to come out.

I saw a good Melissa Etheridge concert but that's about it. Bad gay movies and dumb travel shows aimed at party boys.
