View Full Version : Who is going to the D.C. party?

i know this is not a perfect reason to start a new tread, but i am just curious about who is really serious about going to the halloween party in DC, i will still be 17 on the date of the party, im pretty sure that NORMALY i would not be able to get in ( kinda sucks cause my bday is only 4 days after it), but im PRAYING i can make some connections and can get in! ( crosses fingers!!) ive already talked to my bf and as long as i can work out the getting in thing we will deff be going ( from NC), but i just wana figure out who else is going so i can get to know them now, giving us a better reason to be excited about meeting when we go :), im very very very excited!! ( still praying to god i can figure something out about getting in...)

Right now there is a very good chance of me going... If Curtis decides to go and be my driving buddy, then I will more than likely be there :woohoo:

errr...hmm....It's still looking good. :wavey:
I get my new schedule next Friday. I :know: I will be scheduled to work...just have to see how many days. :)

I checked the website of the place. Looks very 21+ to me, so I don't even know if I could go, considering I had a way to get there.

I do believe the age limit is 21. I recall a friend of mine who was going out one night with a group of guys and had plans to go to Omega but could not since one of the guys had not turned 21 yet. So even if the age limit was 18, the fact that you would still be 17 on the date of the party would be a factor. I know, it stinks and I'm sorry about that. It's just the way it is. If something changes, I will let you guys know.

Promise to take lots of photos for us to see! I will have to look into doing something like that in my area (IN/OHIO/KY/TN area) it would be a BLAST!!!!

I'm all for it. I organized the MidSouth Party in Memphis in 1999 and it was a blast. I was/am so proud to have the pic on the Nicksfix.
I never heard of that Memphis party, I SO would have come! Let's think up somewhere we can do one between you and me, I am in Lexington KY...
We have to have the ability for these TALENTED Ledgies to sing, probably "karaoke" would be best, as it would be difficult to get a band to do all the stuff we want, LOL. I am up for like June, after the NOTS thing, so not to conflict with other events...what do you think??? Really all we would have to do is book a club, I have a great friend who has all the sound system and karaoke stuff we would need, and I will see if he would go with us, and the club could just let us rent it out for the night...oooh this would ROCK!
How far is Nashville from you??? My friend plays there all the time...
