A Woman Will Be President!

I just saw the commercial for this new show "Commander In Cheif" with Geena Davis. I'm excited! Even though it is fake, it is high time a woman become president. Is anyone else going to watch this? It looks really good!

It does look good, but I have waaay too many other shows to watch. I'm running out of time and Tivo space.

That said, at the rate things are going in real life, I think we should give Geena a shot at the White House! ;)

Don't you sorta get the impression that this show is the foundation work for Hillary's run in 2008?? I'm not implying it's a conspiracy to get her elected or anything... but to put the bug in peoples heads that it's possible for a woman to be president would make Hillary's campaign that much more realistic in the minds of those who doubt it ever happening...

am i making any sense? :lol:

Not only is the guy who becomes Vice President a Canadian, his father-in-law was the guy who came up with the Canadian health care system, a man voted Greatest Canadian (Tommy Douglas). So I ask: IS NOTHING SACRED?!?!

I liked it. It was a little too melodramatic at times, but overall it was quite good. I hope it turns out to be a great show.

Boston Legal is also a really great show...I watched it for the first time tonight and have to say...they get off to a great start in my book! They had a REALLY compelling argument for why America is indeed a Christian nation! Props to Boston Legal tonight! :nod:

I taped it and all I can say is I hope it's not as obnoxious as it was getting last year. I pray for more Candice Bergen and Mark Valley, and less "Denny Crane" bull****.

And I hate Heather Locklear's new face. Her eyejob looks unnatural.

Candice Bergen WAS GREAT TONIGHT!

All I have to say is..."Wizard of Oz!" You will get it when you watch it!

Heather looked pretty darn good...however if you have High D. TV. then she will not look so hot!

I loved this show. Is it just me or are there almost too many good shows this season? I can't keep up with everything! My Tivo-DVR is having mini seizures as we speak.

Geena Davis was wonderful. I wish she really was the president. It's almost like a fantasy watching someone in office that is a genuinely decent person. And she is so beautiful. It is so refreshing seeing a woman as a President. Hopefully, it will happen for real one of these days. Next week looks really good when her daughter's diary gets stollen. I'll definately be watching this show!
