ZEPHYR COVE, Nev. Sep 17, 2005 — Boxers or briefs? Becca Gardner got a backside view of co-star Morgan Freeman for a scene in "An Unfinished Life."

In the new movie directed by Lasse Hallstrom, Freeman plays a ranchman who was mauled by a bear, making him dependent on morphine. Becca's character has to give him an injection.

"I was kind of nervous to see, like, his butt, and I pulled down his pants and he was wearing a thong!" the 15-year-old told The Associated Press in an interview.

"An Unfinished Life" also stars Robert Redford and Jennifer Lopez.

"Everybody else knows her as J.Lo, but I see her as Jennifer," Becca said. "Like they're two different people. She was like a big sister to me. She's so sweet and loving."

When Lopez asked Becca to name her favorite singer, "I told her Stevie Nicks and she said, `I only know one of her songs,' and she tried to sing the song, but she didn't know the words very well, so I had to teach her."

Becca, who was 13 when she won the role, said she was nervous about meeting Redford.

"I'm like, `Hi, Mr. Redford,' and he's like, `You can call me Bob.' I'm like, `OK. You can call me Becca.' I think of him as a stand-in grandpa."

I bet she had, but I doubt she'd ever been able to turn them on. ;)

She comes across as dumb as a post, anyway, so I'm not surprised. Carrot Top has more talent in his toejam than this woman has ever had.

Well the young actress has good taste, but J-Lo reaction was quite expected. That fool can't sing if her life depended on it.

Bleech !I was in the Safeway today and heard Rush Rush by Paula and thought she is the one that started all this .Big hits by a 'singer ' with less talent than most any random girl you could pick out walking around in a mall. That is why I can greet even a middling new album by someone like Sheryl Crow with some enthusiasm. At least she has talent. As far as Jennifer goes I think her gig is up.Whether or not she can find a second act like her untalented musical ancestor Paula remains to be seen.

I can imagine her singing (or rather butchering) Gold Dust Woman. It's not a pretty sound.

Yeah, I know you have low standards. :p

One of the worst "actresses" and "singers" ever. It's really something to look at how far she got on such little talent. She can dance...and um...well, she can dance.

I presume she swallows, which is probably how she got so far. It is the only explaination.

Ugh. The visual. And to think she was doing Fluf Diddly, or whatever that swollen mouthed, gun toting, slack jawed jackass is calling himself this week.

The digs on Paula Abdul are a little harsh and totally unnecessary. Unlike Jennifer Lopez, Paula does know Stevie’s music and has even said she is a fan. Paula may not have had the strongest vocals, but her overall talent more than made up for it. I once read a review on Stevie’s first concert video. The critic said that Stevie is a great songwriter and suggested that Stevie just be a songwriter because it was sad she could not sing her own songs that well. Now, being the Stevie fans we are, isn’t it crazy to even think about anyone else doing Rhiannon, Stand Back, Edge of Seventeen, etc? Yes there have been covers, but to never have Stevie do them? Crazy right? The same thing holds true with Paula Abdul. Sure, she could have remained behind the scenes and just be a chorographer. But Paula creating choreography is equivalent to Stevie writing songs. Paula was meant to be seen because she is amazing dancer.

Does anyone know who Bob Fosse is?

Bob Fosse was a Broadway legend even before he died at age 60. In a 30-year career, he created a dozen of the biggest Broadway hits, movies like "Cabaret" and the autobiographical "All That Jazz," and television specials.

In PEOPLE magazine, Fosse once commented on Paula’s choreography.

“He said that he admired my style as a young choreographer and how I have unpredictably in my choreography – the ability to turn right when everyone expects me to turn left. It was the biggest compliment I ever received said Paula.”

NOTE: Fosse said this in 1987, before Paula was known as a pop star. For Fosse to have said this is a big deal. Paula is ultra talented.

hahaha . . . no fair, I just choked on my bacon!

I'm not a fan of J-Lo. I do wonder what Stevie song she butchered, though.
