I don't think there are many bands where each member is equally as important as each other but Led Zeppelin are certainly one of the few. Robert Plant with his amazing high-pitched vocals; Jimmy Page with his innovative guitar playing (how the hell did he come up with the idea of playing with a violin bow?); John Paul Jones' hugely underrated keyboard and bass work and Bonzo, surely one of the best drummers ever!

I <3 John Paul Jones. He was always the quiet, cool one. Plus, he played a wicked bass & keyboards. :cool:

I like all 4 members, Though John Paul Jones is the one I have to pick...I betcha I know whose Lux's favorite is :nod:

Wow, a lot of support for Jonesy! He is too cool though.
I've seen Page, Plant and Jones in the flesh and they are all really impressive looking. Plant is really tall and you can imagine he was so handsome in his youth.

Yes i can imagine LOL. :thumbsup: I had a major crush on him, those golden curls, that chiseled body... oh boy....I can recall my friends and i having some discussions about what exactly he might be stuffing down his pants, because we had a few pictures that were ...well...just unnatural LOL. he was a hottie. I had pics of him tacked up next to all my pics of LB.....

If there was one example of that, I immediately will point out Led Zeppelin. All fantastic musicians but Bonham's made them rock like hell.

robert plant, but i must say when i was young & "the song remains the same" came out on video, robert in the hip huggers scared the **** outa me :lol: ~ & he named his kid (R.I.P.) carrot~

I know many did and do find Plant to be incredibly sexy but to me he was a most hideous looking person and there's little I find more repulsive (and terrifying) than his crotch.

I find his teeth more repulsive than his crotch! I think he has had them fixed, but in the Song Remains the Same they show some shots of his teeth and they look pretty damn bad.

Jimmy PAge's guitar playing is what was best about that band. Id say Robert Plant's vocals are a close second.

no, there was NOT much more terrifying that Plant's teeth, but hey, it was the 60's/70's maaaan....but there was something about that big blonde hair, those tight pants, and short "jacket/shirts" he wore that was just....sexy..

Obviously I can't explain it, because every thing added up, he should be repulsive!! haha

and I don't like his teeth now. (NOT that I did then..) but they are SO fake looking.. ;)

I agree that he was very sexy. Love that hair!!!! I just don't pay attention to the teeth...
