Thanks! I'm a little nervous about it though. I am not, shall we say, financially stable? But my car quit on me last week, and it's hard to go without when you have a little kid. Especially in the morning when I have to cart her off to babysitters before I go to work at 8 am! It will all work out though, and my boyfriend (who moved in last Sunday) said he would help me make the payments. I had to bring him with me....I go look at cars and tend to focus on the color of the car and the stereo. So he was there to look at the important stuff. I'm such a girl! :p

Nothing wrong with the econo-ride. I've had a Geo Prizm since 1997 and that's been my first, and only car. It currently has 230,000 miles on it! I bought it when it had 87,000 from a sweet old lady who drove it to visit her family. It's been a good car. It sits in my driveway now, and I use it maybe once a week.

suhweeeet.

You are lucky! Have fun with it! It will last forever, I am sure.

I have a friend who gets a new one everyone couple of years, he loves that car! His new one is blue like yours.

Prism owners unite! I had a white 1993 Geo Prism LSI 'til 2000, when I was involved in an accident and it was totalled. Then I got another used 1999 Prism, dark green (now they're just called Chevy Prisms--Geo is no more). Haven't gotten a ticket or been involved in an accident since then, thank goodness. I just took my trusty Prism, which has just under 100,000 miles on it, on a cross country road trip: Chicago to Richmond, Virginia, then Richmond to Hotlanta, Georgia, then Georgia back up to Chicago. That little "econo-ride" has been quite dependable. ;) And the gas mileage ain't bad either. I can go about 400 miles on one tank (about 11 gallons).

Thanks! I'm sorry to hear about your accident! Now is a GREAT time to buy, though. They're trying to get rid of the 2005s cause the 2006's are coming in

Yes that is the color. Indigo Ink Pearl is what it's called. It's a pretty cool color. I like darker cars, and I like the pearl colors too.

thanks! I know that about Toyotas...that's why I bought one  My old car was a Camary. I'm sad to see it go...you get kinda attached to those things! Anyways....we are a Toyota kind of family. 2 of my sisters have them, my Dad has had 2, and my mom has one and is getting a new Toyota van.
