The "Is Radio Ready For Rhiannon?" article

[EveryHour]

Forgive me if I don't get the exact details right, as I'm going from memory...... In that really good 1989 video interview with Stevie (the one with the Christine-esque interviewer), Stevie mentions an article that was published in Billboard when Rhiannon was released called "Is Radio Ready For Rhiannon?". Does anyone have the text of this article? Very curious as to what it says.

Thanks!
