Lord know it takes 20 musicians to make a band! :(

I actually don't think I have any more people than were on the SYW tour. I just have Billy instead of Carlos and Christine instead of whats-his-name. Oh and Lori... :)
(And I would have included Rick, but that would be waaay too many people onstage! ;))

You elimated Rick to make room for Mindy Stein

Taku, Brett, Sharon, Lori, Mindy.
If I never see those people onstage again, I'll die happy.

Well, this would be non-pregnant Mindy Stein. :) And I'm just thinking of Lindsey's ego. He might not want the competition...?

They are not Fleetwood Mac for one thing.

But Peter Green & Bob Welch wouldn't be a challenge?
If Lindsey can't stand the heat, get the f*** outta the kitchen.

Oh. Okay. But does anyone seriously think we'll ever see Stevie perform without her girls? Or FM perform without some backing musicians?

Nope. That ended in 1982.

I'm sure they would be more than able to hold their own. I know, I know.. FM existed looong before BN joined, I guess I'm just not a huge pre-1975 fan... (ducks for cover! :o )
Nope. That ended in 1982.
Exactly. By including the excess baggage, I was trying to keep my fantasy realistic...

If Fleetwood Mac would re-enlist former members, the "backing musicians" wouldn't be necessary.
Lindsey could HAVE his guitar army...just with Peter Green, Rick Vito & Bob Welch instead of Neale Haywood & Carlos Rios. PLUS, we'd have Peter, Bob & Rick to sing songs, too. It just wouldn't be "the Buckingham Nicks show featuring Fleetwood Mac". I know that just would crush some people, but get over it.
Granted, Sharon & Lori have a type of estrogen linked telepathy going with Stevie, like some sort of school of fish, so they'd have to be there, though.

Alright, alright! I get it! Up with Green, Vito and Welch; down with everyone else! ;)

Bucky will never SHARE the spotlight with the other guitarists, IMO. :(

A realistic fantasy is kind of oxymoronic.

Or FM perform without some backing musicians? You used to see them do most of their shows alone, but it won't happen again.

Yeah I know; I was being sarcastic sweetie... :p ;)
