Hey gang!

Alot of Ledgies had been asking for some before and after pictures of my recent weight loss, so here they are at their most extremes....

BEFORE at 255-260 pounds....

Holy **** I thought the second one was your "after" picture. After seeing the second REAL after photos, I'll say it again- you really DO look wonderful! You don't even look like the ame person!

Can I ask, what did you do to lose the weight?

4 months of INTENSE cardio...including treadmill, running, rollerblading, and LOTS of abdominal crunches..

After seeing that photo with Mick, and how f***ing fat I looked, I just couldnt continue to be as heavy as I was...It was a decision I made alone and thats how weight loss decisions have to be made.

Alex, you look great! I have seen you in person in Vegas and I can say that you look wonderful. You didn't look bad before in those Madison photos but I know how you feel. I think that second one was taken by someone a bit too short to capture a good angle anyway. :laugh:

That's really an amazing change..way to go!

And the shirt you're wearing in your AFTER pics looks very similar to the one in your before pics, although I know there's now way with that amount of weight loss that it is the same.

Wow!!! I didn't know someone could lose that much weight so quickly. You must have been really motivated. What was your diet like?

I know you said that you did a lot of cardio, but how much is a lot? Like miles and miles each day? Because seriously, that is so much weight that you lost it is unbelievable! Congrats!

Good for you, in this day and age of surgery mayhem! My boyfriend has lost *250 lbs* all on his own...it can be done, people!

I thought the same thing when I read this. These days it is just assumed that if you need to lose more then 50 pounds you will have surgery. I think it is really admirable when people lose weight the goood old fashion way

Just caught this thread--these are the first pics I've seen of you, period (I think)! You are cute either way, but the after pictures are great! This inspires me to want to work out more. I don't need to lose a ton of weight, I just need to be more fit and toned and lose some CELLULITE! :nod:

I agree, and neither does her hair. I have not been liking the style as of late. It's too "high" or something, and looks as unnatural as the make-up. And she's an attractive lady!

She's too thin. I was worried when I saw her in Detroit but she did look better in Vegas.

Her makeup is hoorrible, but maybe because it was stage makeup it is heavier then usual? You just shouldn't be able to tell someone is wearing so much makeup!

She has an olive skin tone. So I think the photos reflect a lot of green in her skin tone.

Look at that RAL album photo of Stevie, Lori, and Sharon. They look like clowns with scrub brushes for eyelashes.

She looks so skeletal next to "normal sized" people. But I think she is just barely within a healthy range. And yes I think that is stage makeup but it is still garish. Carmandy needs to get ahold of her!
