JEALOUS! Man, you got that sutff? All I have is the envelope and order form for the calander from HWW. Also, some order form from some weird company in the 80's that sold handmade shawls, capes, and Stevie stuff like a shirt w/ a "black beret" pic on it and underneath it said "Blame It On My Wild Heart." Hmm, now I need to find that. Wanna say Crescent Moon Designs or something. They also sold cassettes of the Jim Ladd Interview where she sings I've Loved & I've Lost. I was So broke as a kid. I never could order anything. I am sure I must have joined, but I don't recall getting anything just for having joined. Seemed like you only got stuff if you paid for other things. That long ago is a bit fuzzy for me.

I remember the membership card, a "signed photo" - the one with the hat and feather, and the Jane Weidlin poem from the wedding. I have it all here somewhere. Oh, and a purple shirt with the Bella Donna logo on it. Now that I am wearing all these crazy retro t-shirts, I oughta dig out those damned things and wear them.

I am old enough to have acquired those things at the time, but I didn't really get into Stevie until Rock A Little. That's when I became a Stevie-freak. I do have a signed letter from Ginny Kamano, on some odd Stevie stationary, but that's pretty common for the era, I've heard.

I have always been somewhat disappointed that Chris cut off the fan club after Wild Heart.

Hmmm...I'm not sure what you got when joining.....but I remember the membership card--which I'm not too sure where mine is :( I also got the purple t-shirt with the tambourine and roses on it that is long gone--don't have a CLUE as to what happened to that and it just breaks my heart :( I think it accidently got tossed or something because I know I NEVER would have gotten rid of it......you also got that b/w photo of Stevie with her hand under her chin that had the "signature" on it......I remember I got the Bella Donna album cover poster and the airplane pose poster......but I'm thinking you had to buy those separate......also got the poem she had written for Jane Wiedlan (sp???) I believe...I remember getting a list of tour dates for the Wild Heart tour..... and then the special offer from Herbert to buy all of those photos--which stupid me--well not really stupid but young and broke me--never bought but looked at and dreamed about buying.......still have the brochures.....I think we got Stevie postcards through the mail once in a while......I think I actually have a letter or something Herbert wrote back to me about the photos.....did buy the calendar though........and I remember the stuff Anita mentioned above.....can't remember anything else......

I am old enough. The fan club address was on the back of The Wild Heart, so I sent off the SASE, and waited for the sign-up paperwork. I saved my allowance for the membership fee, sent off the forms, and NEVER GOT A SINGLE DAMN THING.

But I know they got my info, because just a little while after sending in the fan club stuff, I got that letter from Herbert Worthington saying he was selling all those Stevie prints. Also, years, later I got the promo postcard for Street Angel. So typical -- they didn't send me what was promised, but every time there was some new scheme to get my money, they made sure I got THAT.

I sent that SASE off the day WH came out. And I joined and got my very cool membership card, WH promo poster, poem ("personalized greeting"), bella Donna bird button (so odd!) and promo photo. It was like Chirstmas receiving all that. However, I didn't get a shirt. What gives!!??? But I do remember the price. All of that for 9.99 plus shipping. Those were the good days :) Even the order from had the WH Stevie logo on it. I kept it like it was a souvenir as well. Never really got to participate in any fan club activies though ;)

You weren't the only one screwed. Debbie (Catdancer) also got royally screwed. But it was a Chris Nicks operation, so....

I guess I was one of the luckier ones. I got all of that stuff plus I was able to order the HWW calendar of Stevie that is still one of my more treasured possessions. My Wild Heart poster is now framed and on the wall of my office. I really wish Chris had kept the fan-club going. Man, can you imagine how out-of-control it would have been had we had the internet back in the day with Bella Donna and the Wild Heart LP's were released????

and then the special offer from Herbert to buy all of those photos--which stupid me--well not really stupid but young and broke me--never bought but looked at and dreamed about buying.I bought those large photos from HWW. I probably still have them (although I kinda hope not). I also remember waiting & waiting for Worthington's promised book of Stevie Nicks photos. It was going to be a coffeetable book -- large & lustrous. Like most projects of this sort related to Fleetwood Mac, it never materialized.

At one point, HWW put some of his photos in a music museum that opened briefly in Hollywood or West L.A. -- the Museum of Rock Art, remember that? I never got down there to see that stuff, & it was gone before too long.

I liked that calendar back then (I think it was 1984 or 1985). I recently sold mine on eBay for about ten dollars!

I would have given you more than $10 for that!

But you know, with eBay you take what they give you!

Yeah, eBay is weird. Sometimes a bunch of clippings will go for more than $100, other times even the coolest thing will get no bids.
Next time, ask me! Wow, I would have loved that calendar.

If you do, photo please!!! :wavey: :xoxo:

I'd give anything to still have my maroon Wild Heart tour shirt - the one with the hot pink wings and lettering. But I wore that thing until it literally fell apart, and then kept it in a drawer for another 10 years cuz I just couldn't bear to part with it. *sigh*

LOL, I have a Wild Heart shirt with red sleeves - I think it has a stain on the front. I remember spilling something on it and being really bummed out. That's it. I am digging out the box tonight. Then I will have to go back and see if I can for once and for all figure out how to embed a friggin pic in a post.

Yep! I joined and got all these neat items :-) The card, the pin, poem, a letter, the calendars, the shirt.....I have them all neatly tucked away :-) I also have an original FM letter regarding a fan club but nothing ever came of that fan club. :-(

I still have a T-shirt from the Cotton Bowl Jam in '78 when Bob Welch, Little River Band and Steve Miller Band were there with FM. Someone else was there too, but I can't remember who. Of course, there would be no wearing it now....waaayyy tooooo smallll.

I remember thinking I was the only 80's kid stuck in the 70's with my Mac and Stevie obsession! I would have been on this board for HOURS back in the day! (Being a "grown up" now - and I use the term loosely, LOL, I dont have the hours to spend on here that I wish I had). I remember the fan club, sent off the SASE and nothing. However, the years that came after, plus growing up and being able to buy my own Mac stuff, tickets, etc. more than made up for the early years ! :)
