Grand Rapids review

[mandersv]

hey everyone,
its late, and after a 3 hour drive home, i'm gonna give a quick review...the show was FREAKING awesome... ya'll know the setlist, but i really dug been a long time cover by LZ that was way cool my two neices and I had 3rd row, but we were near a whole bunch of the other board peeps, who were in 1st and 2nd row, so we all just went up to the stage!! We were RIGHT in front of La Nicks... and lets just say when she does her cute lil shake during Been a Long time, and gives that cute lil smile, it just was awesome!!!
she did about 16 twirls, and a good leg kick during and at the end of stand back
she looked fab. with her curly hair etc too...
i know i'm forgetting stuff right now guys, but i'm BEAT....
i wasnt able to get pictures because i couldnt get my big camera in :( but i know some people around us got cams in so i'm sure they'll be around!!

as far as vanessa Carlton goes... she actually was wonderful! a damn good opener i'd say...and I was suprised, I figured i'd hate the whole Idea of it but it wasnt bad.
During circle dance, a bunch of us up front knew all the words and were singing along, and stevie looked at us and gave us a huge smile, i think she was suprised we already knew all the words!
the show was great...i'm saddened now, because Its my last one for a while...unless I hit the lotto LoL haha
ok, i'll fill more in later as well as I'm sure others can be more detailed...

ohhhhhh yea I forgot a good part, since i was able to nail the 3rd row tickets on wednesday, When we got to the venue and in our seats, my neices and I took the other 3 tickets (two together and one in another section) and gave them to people who had yucky seats!! IT was so nice to give to other fans like that~! Especially to see the excitement in their eyes going from seats in the VERY last row up in the balcony to 6th row!!
anyway... we just had an awesome time and it was so great to see everyone from the boards!!

That is awesome....I did that in WPB last year....I got a Mom and her little girl and brought them from the lawn to the 10th row.....I love doing that....
glad you had a good time. Sounds like this concert rocked. I am so going to be in the poor house before the end of summer.
