The Dance DVD - Kristen?

Perhaps this is old news, but....I have to ask....

In The Dance DVD, there's a shot of someone in the audience looking adoringly at the stage...she's blond and reminds me of pictures I've seen of Kristen. Chronologically, isn't this about the time she and Lindsey met?

Anyway, I figure it's her and wish somebody could confirm.

And then there are people like me who don't know anything about her, therefore being unable to judge one way or another. All I know is she's blond and they have three kids.

However, I did watch the "Dance" the other day with my friend and saw some blond chic clapping after the Everywhere performance...so that is Kristen? And she's also in the "Destiny Rules" DVD twice...it took me forever to realize that. I mean, he's standing there with a child in his arms and some lady watching him with unusual fasicnation and I didn't even bother to make the connection before. :rolleyes:

It was very different for a TV show, which is why I was so surprised it even ran for three seasons. I'd love to hear him do some commentaries for the episodes. I was actually disappointed a little that he (and Ullman) wasn't on the commentary track for A Dirty Shame, he would have been hysterical next to John Waters (whose commentaries are just as great as the movies).

i saw her at one of the say you will shows i attended, i personally didn't go up to her, but let's just say we were super close to her & people who recognized her as lindsey's wife & are lindsey/fm lovers would approach her & never was she nice to any of them, when the fans would walk away kristen would snicker & make rude comments to the woman sitting w/ her, which that other woman i didn't recognize, they had their backs to us but directly in front of us, it has been nearly 2 yrs but so i couldn't dare remember word for word what was said, but she had this PUULEEEAAAASE attitude, like the people around her were lucky to be breathing the same air as her~ but also in her defense somewhat, i didn't personally go up to her nor anyone in my group, but many other fans did, maybe it was overwhelming for her not sure :shrug: but i also thought if she didn't like being approached maybe she shoulda stayed backstage :shocked: ~

In case anyone cares..it appears than Lindsey's house has closed. So that ends the era of the Dreamhouse on the Hill filled with pool parties and laughing children. All that time, energy and expense to get things just so and poor Lindsey barely had time to live in the place.

I'm a huge fan of Chris Isaak and I'm not sure who you are talking about?? He did not have a girlfriend, at least back around Christmas, and as far as I know, he did not have a "long-time" girlfriend before that. I've also heard (gossip, of course) that he likes the good lookin' ladies at his concerts and afterwards etc.

But, doesn't really matter if Stevie has hooked up with him, regardless if he's a man whore, because, afterall, he's smokin'. :nod:

This is Kristen and Lindsey in January of 1998 at a post party for the Gibson Guitar Awards in NYC. This would have been not quite a year after The Dance so it's the only picture from that time period (that I know of) to compare her with the woman in The Dance video (and I really don't think that's her).

If I wasn't so lazy i'd bust out The Dance and find out where she is (because I do recall seeing her but neither of those women is her). However, I don't have the DVD (yes, I know, I know..bad fan) so i'd be fast forwarding and rewinding, etc. Buuut...it's been a while since i've watched The Dance so perhaps i'll take a look and let Greg know where it is so he can screencap :nod:

On edit: Ok, I finally figured it out. Yesterday, when that first pic of them was posted, I was trying to figure out who she looks like. It was bugging the sh*t out of me. It's Julie Haggerty. That was the chick in Airplane. Does anyone else see that resemblance? I think she looks like her, especially in the redhead pic.

This would have been not quite a year after The Dance so it's the only picture from that time period (that I know of) to compare her with the woman in The Dance video (and I really don't think that's her).

i think that emotionally/personally lindsey is at an all time high and it showed on the syw tour for sure. He wasnt that crazy or such a ham , on the dance tour or dvd. i think being back in the studio with the mac, being on stage, being in a happy place personally is a reflection of what we get out of him today, an incredible performance. I know some disagree with this, but on the dance when he was a little heavier, i liked that look, dont get me wrong i love his look today, you can see his face has slimmed/aged, if you will. but i'd take him at any stage / and i loved the curly long hair beard look , hmmmmmm .... lets face it he is a good looking guy all around. I think his energy that he has today is because he is happy. yeah he may be tired after the show or drained but he is performing today like he never has before..

That guy is way too tan! Yep, Lindsey looks cooked in that pic. Maybe it's the black & white? B&w pics are very flattering in that they make someone look much tanner than they are. My mom had some pics done of me when I was a baby that are b&w and I look like a bronze baby. I have almost no pigment at all, so it's kind of funny. Gotcha on the Kelly Ripa thing. I think his wife is pretty, but it's good she had the caps removed, if that's her. Looks much better with the natural teeth. I wasn't equating Mrs. B to Kelly Ripa. I just said she resembles a Kelly R. type of beauty, which isn't a bad thing at all (considering men are drawn to those petite blond chicks like magnets).

I guess I'll have to admit now to this board and the world that I don't have a problem with Kelly Ripa. In fact, I find her adorable and quite infectious.
