Need help converting MOV files

I am trying to convert my video footage from Saurday's show (mov to rm) so it will be easier & faster for everyone to download. Any ideas? I downloaded Easy Real Converter but it won't do the MOV files (even though the webstie claimed that's a compatable file.) Chris - how did you convert B&tB last time? Anyone else?
