My dream has been to create a zine that pertains to all that. Never thought there would be much interest w/ the Internet and all. Plus some people are weird bout submitting their goodies, while others (like me) can't wait, but don't really have mad-rare stuff. I'd love to help if you really want something put together.

I can understand not puting photos up. I meant puting up official photos (Promos..worthingtons...) stuff that was publically sold. I always wanted to do a big collectors book. (there are some great ones for Tori and Kate out there) But internet would be better as it could be updated easily. You could break it down by Albumn and then by type - poster, 45, albumn, promo photo's, t shirts.....etc. Leave that to the experts. Will gladly send scans and pics in if anyone wants to try it. :wavey:

This is something I know I've seen on Ebay but my little sister bought this for me about 12 years ago. It was a promotion that I believe came out of England. Apparently there was a life size hologram of Stevie looking into a crystal ball that showed her looking up, smiling than disappearing. This mini hologram was included in the lp version. My sister found it in Austin and bought it for me. She looks very stoic at first but then as you turn it she smirks really cute! I love this piece.

These are some things I thought would be of interest. The first is a OSOTM "Rooms On Fire" Fire Prevention flyer. It is legal envelope size, and you slide it up for various preventitive measures. It doesn't say anything else on the other side, but I think it's legit. Hard to tell. The person that sold it to me is the only one I've ever heard of.
Next is a Dance Era poster issued by Virgin Megastores. That right there is what makes it so odd. Virgin has nothing to do TimeWarner/Reprise. Thought it odd that Virgin took such strides to promote a band not ontheir label. Also, what looks like flourescent blue & red onthe sides of the poster, acutally spell out the name of the band. It's like one of those "stare at it long enough" things, but it's there. Really. Last, it's #'s 208 out of 1200.
Next is the Penguin that (the story I've heard) was comissioned for FM, but they never used the graphic. BUT, the graphic was used, and it's varying stories of whether the artist was paid or not. I can't recall the artist's name. It's even signed by him on the bottom, but I can't recall correctly to make it out.
Last is a Tusk poster comprised of the inside sleeve artwork. I LOVE this piece and want it framed as a conversation piece. I mean only a fan would really know what it was, but a stranger would be like...O....k. lol. The only other person I know of that has this (and me to thank... ) is Tiff. Although hers is non-applied to cardboard. Mine was bought pre-matted like, while Tiff's is in WAY better shape cause it's only been rolled up. Not having to be flat and kicked around over years, it's gotten less war wounds. Well that's my 2 cents worth, and first picture add to a post. I feel so accomplished.

I made these pics as small but ledgible as possible. HELP! Ok, here are the next things, might need one more post. :sorry:
Screw it, hopefully my description is enough. The remainder 3 files say 248kb. each. Oh well. So much for my accomplishment. LOL.

I'd be willing to work on such a project. I've got the free time to devote to it and I love to make lists.
Wouldn't it be best to start with collectibles, photos and stuff like that since the musical aspect (official releases, single information, demos, live shows, etc.) is pretty well documented on the Internet already? While there is always more that can be added to the musical lists a collectibles list is pretty much non-existant. Make the hard-to-find collectibles info available first?
I'll be more than happy to help in any way I can.

Just tell me what you need, and I will see what I have on my list. You would be amazed at the number of Officail release there are - counting all the countries..etc. Cd singles, 45's, ... I think listing only variences in sleeve covers...etc. is needed. (Such as the Austarlian B/N albmun).

I have that because it was in the limited edition version of TOSOTM. I think the CD version was smaller than the sticker in the LP though.
Here's a picture of the life size Stevie hologram that was in the window of Tower Records in London.
This stuff should go in TOSOTM thread though, when Seeker starts it.

I've gone through all the collectibles threads and saved off pictures and the info posted. I'll sift through it all tonight and get the lists started.
There's been some really cool stuff posted so far!

Hi,
I`m a little bit late I guess....I already have a site on my hp called "Memorabilia" when I`ve put up all kinds of collectibles on Stevie and Mac. I`m currently working on scanning in the b&w 8x10 promo photos. I saw that saintbernhard is now doing the collectible things so I guess I don`t need to put this on my hp anymore?? I really would love to do this 'cause I`ve already started to scan in all the Cds that are available, sheet music, posters etc.
Just take a look at the hp :-)
Take care, you all,
Melanie

That's the site I was looking for... I had come across your site before... and I have to say, great job!! I really like the area of the cd scans.
I think more then one person can have pages of memorabilia going... If links are provided on each others pages and no repeating is done... I'm sure it can be accomplished... I guess the ones that are compiling the images and info should be the ones to talk it through and figure out who's going to do what.

Oooh your site is fab! I love the posters section.
Maybe you and saintbernard could team up to catalogue all the other stuff mentioned here in these threads?

I've been keeping up with everything posted in the "collectibles" threads so far (which hasn't been easy!). I'd be happy to compare notes with Melanie. She's certainly got a great head start.

Please don't stop working on what you've started! It's the best collection of goodies I've seen online yet. If you really want to keep up with everything I'd be happy to turn the notes I've made over to you for you to work with solo or I can work with you. Just let me know. :)

Hi :-)
Sorry for the delay, have been quite busy the past few days. Well, I'll definetely keep up the work I`ve done so far with my hp so any help is very much appreciated! You`ve done a fantastic work with the list, saintbernhard!! I have my own domain so I can easily put all this on my hp and would LOVE to do this! I think it`s very helpful for the fans not just have lists but photos to descriptions as I already did with the Cdsingles etc....that`s why I did it this way `cause the fans can clearly see how the items looks like.
Take good care, you all,
and thanks, saintbernhard :-)

Shoot, keeps compressing. I guess the info is there. Will work on it so it works better. The more I think about it, I guess if they have the same graphic, the multiple numbers for different catalog numbers from different countries might not be needed. Let me know if you think.
