No of course not. We got 5th row from a broker.

Oh, good. (I mean, not for you, but) B/C it's the concord presale right now, and even someone who was on right when it started wasn't pulling up anything. I looked 1-1/2 hours after it started, and they had only seats that are almost to the lawn. So, basically, I was trying to find out if it would be one of those VEgas type things, and it looks like it will be.
Thanks. :wavey:

Seems like there is only one left in 3rd row...and the rest are 5th side...and clear over on the side. I think our tix are the best bet at the moment.

Actually, they keep popping different ones up - I just got 5th row for a single, then 3rd for a pair. Jerks.

That's OK, 5th row is plenty good. I'm not going to worry about it unless front row pops up. Besides - it will be easier for us to hop over the back of our seats for Edge than if we're stuck in the middle.

I owuld call TM now and try and upgrade. Do not take no for an answer - ask to speak to a manager, etc. I have done this before by explaining that when I bought the tickets, I was assured they were the best seats possible, etc. I have also threatened to cancel the chrage on my cc for that reason, etc. It worked for me

I wonder what security will be like after Don leaves? Maybe it will be how it was for FM (letting everyone in the first few rows up for the entire show), because as far as I know Don H. is the one maiking people stay back. It'll be interesting to see what happens when Stevie starts doing her solo gigs.

Good plan. The seats that they are showing are so far over, our 5th row will have a better view, though. I'll keep checking to see if seats closer to the middle will pop up.

I have learned the hard way that for some reason, the net does not always have the best seats, though it often does. I always call TM closer to the day of the concert and they have what the net will not show, maybe it is the search engine on the net. Anyway, good luck and have fun!!!!!!!!!!

I was just outraged at the practice of selling up. Apparently, they figure that if they release some better seats closer to the concert, people will just say screw it and buy the better seats. Thus, they sell two seats. THey also gave me this line about the artist holding those seats for friends and then releasing them at the last minute. I think that is BS because I cannot imagine La Nicks having the presence to say in another city hundreds of miles away "Ya know - I better release those Atlanta tickets I've been holding back" Maybe these are the VIP things that did not sell, but that makes no sense because there are VIP purchasers sitting further back  Finally, the scalpers were offering seemingly some of these same seats and they are most certainly in bed with TM as I have a friend whose son is a scalper. In the end, I just bitched up a storm in a nice way and they caved.

No, the beef chunks are the worst. The other day I was out to eat & their soup of the day was cheeseburger. I almost puked when she said it. Wet hunks of ground beef - eeewww.

I've never touched her hand. :(

If front row comes up, I'm all over it. If not, I'll wait until we get there & check at the box office. I'm not all that upset over it. I've been anywhere from 5th to 23rd row & find that I'm never as far away/to the side as I thought I would be initially. I've yet to leave a concert pissed about my seat.

NO! Theresa & I were too far over to the side on Tues so we got eye contact & lots of waves, but NO hand touch! That's why I was so gung-ho & busted past the jerk-ass security guy on Wed, thinking "this is it, I'm not missing my chance this time" only to have her come down the steps 2 feet too far to my right!

This is TRULY ridiculous. I called Ticketmaster to see if they had better seats if you bought over the phone, just to make sure. Has anyone called Ticketmaster lately? When purchasing tickets, you get a some recording, my recording's name was Kelly! Then, the recording asks you questions to which you have to answer. Okay, I can deal with the whole menu thing that you usually have to go through to finally get to a live person, but having a conversation with a recording is just plain ridiculous. I was like, what the Hell? The first time, when asked who I wanted to see, I said Stevie Nicks, and she said, "Okay, The Knack." GRRRR!!! Pay some people to sit by the phone and take calls already!
