Hi everyone. I'm not quite new, but new here.

[littlecricket2]

Hi Ledgies,

Well, I've been a member of the on-line Stevie Nicks/Fleetwood Mac community since 1998, but oddly enough, this is my first day here on the Ledge (as a poster, anyway). Long story, but suffice it to say I would have been here sooner. Anyway, my name is Lisa, I'm in my late 20's, and I'm a high school math teacher and graduate student. I'm excited to finally be a member of this board! I may be posting soon about some upcoming shows that I'm interested in attending (alone, but it would be cool to meet up with people).

Well, have a great day!
*Lisa Anne*

Why thank you! Actually, I'm taking a graduate level math class (topology) and I'm serving as a full-time graduate teaching assistant for calculus II. So I'll be pretty busy from Monday through Thursday. Then I'll be tutoring on Fridays. Oh well, I still won't be nearly as busy as I am during the schoolyear and I'll be making more money, so it's all good! :D

Take care,
*Lisa Anne*

Hee hee, well, I probably know you from Mick's chatboard (are we allowed to mention that place here?), but I know Jessica (StevieNicksEO17) because I was her algebra II teacher!!! What a coincidence, can you imagine? She got an 'A,' but she earned it--it wasn't just because she's into Stevie and the Mac! ;)

Cheers,
*Lisa Anne*

You're allowed to mention Mick's Board, but we limit it to 2 times per week. ;)

Welcome to The Ledge, Lisa Anne! :)

[Stephanie]

Wellllllcome!! :)

[catinthedark]

Hiya! Welcome! What shows are you planning to go to?

[littlecricket2]

Thanks for the warm welcome, everyone! :) I'm hoping to make it to one of the Michigan shows. I'm from the Chicago area, but the timing just worked out better w/ the Michigan shows. I don't have a ticket for either show yet, however, and I'm not willing to pay scalper, ticket broker, or eBay prices. So I keep checking Ticketbastard to see if anything good comes up. No luck so far. Anyone else going to either of the Michigan shows?
