Just a few teasers because I must get some sleep. The show was excellent. Stevie is thin as a rail and a friggin' sexpot. Seriously. She looked hot. Kelly and I had second row but two people in the front row didn't show up so the security gaurd told us to go ahead and hop the chair. Thusly, front row in between Stevie and the backsassers (which of course, as you know, excited me to no end). I did film a bit of the show as well (Circle Dance, in particular) with the digi cam so tomorrow evening, i'll get the rest of the pictures up as well as the footage. Enjoy!

Honey, they weren't alleged. They were black. They were form fitting. They were studded. They were hot. And they were seriously on one Miss Stephanie Lynn Nicks. Don even made a comment before Stevie left the stage that she was going to go back and try on clothes. She laughed and I believe she replied with, "I am!" She needs to pull those pants out again. She wore them with her black boots. I couldn't get a clear shot because of the equipment blocking a great deal of her leg. However, Kelly was able to capture a shot or two (although we never really looked to see how her shots turned out). We shall see!

OMG!!! Thanks so much!!! In that second pic it is just so obvious that she is losing a lot of weight!!! Every picture that I have seen of her this year she just gets skinnier and skinnier. I am so happy for her! Hopefully I can follow in her footsteps (I just joined the gym!)

I don't think the Vegas pictures did her justice. The only picture that did is the one of her posing with fans on the Destiny Galleria website. She was a toothpick in Vegas as well.

Well, I saw her twice in Vegas. But you are right, the pictures on the internet were not as great as the real thing. She was just so radiant in Vegas. I was so excited each night the last thing I thought about was how much she weighed! But she certainly wasn't overweight in Vegas or I would have noticed!

I saw it in Vegas- she is different and back to the way she was pre TISL. I swear she has finished menopause. All the signs point to it. She is healthier looking, she is losing the weight that menopausal woman will gain, she has a spring in her step. I really think that these next few years will give us some amazing Stevie moments. Just listen to the Vegas boots- she has her passion back in full force (not that SYW/TISL touring was horrible, but as people have pointed out she seemed to be dragging her feet a little- menopause people!)

For SYW at the Wachovia, we were allowed to stand at the stage (at least we were at the second show when they played there). The way the stage is set up, it's much higher than it was for SYW (and PS-the equipment rotates from Don's to Stevie's...very cool). There was enough room to stand at my seat but they had a gap in between the stage and the audience that was blocked off by one of those things you'd que in if you were at a bank (it was stretched out across the front row). During Edge, I don't think Stevie was going to initially shake hands because Marcus flew like a bat out of hell from the side of the stage. Many people pushed what had been blocking us out of the way to go and shake her hand.

Marcus had no clue she was shaking hands cause he yelled "what the hell is she doing?" into his walkie while he was running over a poor usher trying to get to her. She apparently was only going to wave but decided she wanted to touch people! :laugh:

On another note, am I the only one who think she's not "thin as a rail"? (But this is a good thing). Sharona is nearly "thin as a rail" and it's not a good thing to me. I guess if I'd seen her in person I would be able to tell that she has lost weight, but she looks nothing at all like that woman from the Buckingham Nicks cover, and not just becuase she's decades older. She still looks pretty full-figured to me, and that's part of what makes her go nuts for me. And the voice. :)

On another note, am I the only one who think she's not "thin as a rail"? (But this is a good thing). Sharona is nearly "thin as a rail" and it's not a good thing to me. I guess if I'd seen her in person I would be able to tell that she has lost weight, but she looks nothing at all like that woman from the Buckingham Nicks cover, and not just becuase she's decades older. She still looks pretty full-figured to me, and that's part of what makes her go nuts for me. And the voice. :)

I completely agree! I have been thinking she should cut her hair since TILS, she looks so much younger and beautiful with her hair up. I am really not a fan of the bangs either.

I would not describe her rail thin, she still has a little belly but she wore a few tightly cinched tops around her waist and she has lost at least thirty pounds. It is really noticable on her neck, face, arms and waist. My husband was looking at some BaTB shots and asked me from how long ago they were. I said, "Sweetheart, the show from last night." Interesting little tidbit - I read on Mick's Board (shocking, I know) that Ashlee (a really nice young fan who has gotten to know Stevie pretty well over the past year or so) was backstage at the Philly show to give Stevie a painting (drawing?) she did of the BN album cover. Ashlee (who posts regularly on Micks an BN) doesn't have full use of her arms & wears braces, and her drawings (paintings? DAMMIT, can't recall) are very good.

Anyhoo, Ashlee said Stevie took it & said "Who's this guy? I got rid of this guy a long time ago." Then looked at Waddy & they started cracking up laughing. Could be Waddy just happened to be standing there at the time. I did notice, however, that she seemed especially greatful to Waddy in Vegas, thanking him profusely during band intros (am I the only one who noticed this?) :shrug: Probably. :laugh:

15 or 20 lbs. off of a woman who is a little more than 5 feet tall makes a HUGE difference. I guessed the same...I think she's probably only about 125-130 tops. Since the SYW tour she's shed like, an Olsen twin from her body (they only weigh like, 50 lbs).
