Who has done this and has input? How do I do it withour getting in trouble? I've heard that selling another item with the tickets works becasue there's no way anyone can cement the value of the two items together??!!! I have tried to get rid of my extra Tom Petty tickets by other means and have had no luck. I don't want to do anything illegal or that could get me kicked off of Ebay, but I don't want to eat the tickets either. Your advice is appreciated!

I have sold a ton of tickets on ebay and have never had any trouble. I usually start the auction at face value prices but then put a buy it now at what I actually want to sell the tickets for which is usually much higher. That way if somebody wants the tix right away then they pay the higher amount and if not then they pay at least as much as I paid. That way everybody wins.
If you arent looking to make a profit off the tickets (just looking to make your money back) then there is no way that you will get in trouble for selling the tickets. I know in pennyslvania you can sell the tickets at 5 or 7 percent higher than what you paid by law. Maybe you could google what the laws are in your state.
I sell tickets all the time. I don't think you have anything to worry about. Any specific questions - email me :-)
