I'm also going to add Crystal. Her vocals on this song are far superior to Lindsey's, IMO.

I'm sorry, but shouldn't this be a poll??? :p
If I'm in a sappy/romantic mood: "Sleeping Angel"

Oh. My. God. I did not think it was possible for you to shock me anymore, Diamond...after your opinions about Tusk. However......you have done it! Stevie actually preferred Lindsey's vocals on Crystal..which is why he sang it originally. He sounds like an angel on the BN version...I am rendered speechless at this point...
BTW..she sounded fine on her version but the BN and WA versions are two of the finest tunes of all time...In fact I hear Crystal quite often on the radio..the version with Liddy singing of course. : > )

Amen. I can't stand it. It's so drawn out and all of that "To the seeeeaaaaaa" and "I turned around and the wada was closing around me" **** at the end drives me bonkers. That "do-do-do-do-doo-doo-doo" scat that she does is even more cloying. Less is more sometimes, Stevie.

Wow.. see, to me, i think it's amazing... I really love the musical production of that song, especially the ending... her vocals are good too... but i guess you gotta like Stevie's new voice to appreciate it.. i do.. yet alot of people don't..

I don't mind being in the minority... I usually am anyway! ;)
I also prefer Stevie's solo version of "Crystal" to the Buckingham Nicks and 'Fleetwood Mac' versions.
Lindsey's vocals on both were tender and beautiful, but, much like her current readings of "Landslide," I think Stevie's mature voice adds an even deeper poignancy to the lyrics. I also think the coda, with Stevie's gently sung ad-libs, is simply gorgeous.
Definitely my preferred version, too.

(1) If You Ever Did Believe?
(2) Sleeping Angel
(3) Twisted
Honorable Mention: Crystal, for some reason I can't think of this song as a soundtrack song. It is BN and White Album to me. I just can't throw it in with the soundtracks, even though I know it was on one. :p
