I was just wondering what happened to a few Ledgies that used to post quite often. There are a few who have not been around in a while and just seemed to drop off of the face of the earth.

I was just wondering if anyone had heard from any of them and if they are OK?

I remember Krista making a birthday thread for Jake not too long ago, and he never responded to it. :shrug:

I don't think I was around to get to know any of those people (I'm still a newbie, I suppose), but I hope they're okay.

It's just kind of strange when someone just disappears. I was just wondering if anyone talks to them and knows that they are OK.

Yeah - I was just wondering about ERigby too the other day :shrug: She's a fellow radio bug like myself...hope she's doing alright...I'm sure they're all fine, however, and maybe just too busy - or lost interest in the Ledge....:shrug:

Since 1997, I made REALLY good friends and BOOM, they are gone. I only talk to 2 people out of like 20 from that time.

I think people get busy, computers die or they lose interest.

You never want to think anyone passed away. One time, this dear lady Toni passed. One day she was sending us all great Dance videos and the next her family wrote out an email to everyone on her list and said she had a heart attack. That was now 7 years ago almost to the day.

All in all, it's really sad when people disappear but I just like to think they moved on ??

I don't know the point of this reply, I am sorry. I am going to bed.

I am sorry to hear that. :( That was kind of what I was thinking, however. I mean someone could pass away and nobody would really know about it. I am sure that might not be the case but it is really strange because you never really know. OK enough of my morbid moments. I guess that some people just actually lose interest in The Ledge. :eek: It is hard to believe I know but it does happen. :lol:

I want to know what is up with the person that made burnish.net, I think their screen name was tgee or something. This was, what, a year ago that she stoped updating her site? I loved that page because you would get hourly updates on the band and all of the sudden she dramatically wrote "I need a vacation" and was never heard from again. Does she still keep in contact with anyone or post on this board? I don't know... whenever I go to that site for information and see that "I need a vacation" thing it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. In a way it seemed sort of drama queen-like, you know? Not to disparage her, I just found the whole thing very strange.

Tracy left for awhile because there was some nonsense going on on her message board, I think. Fights and such. I guess she'll return eventually, I'm not sure though. :shrug:

Hope she's okay and everyone else MIA too. :nod:

Glad to hear Jake is doing well. :)

I miss my favorite Ledgie of all....Arizona Ranger. :lol:

We lost a couple of members at my Justin board from cancer. Getting in touch with their families was a little difficult, but we were respectful about it and they appreciated that we cared about these ladies. We miss them very much. :( Justin even expressed his condolences on the board. :)

I liked the afro better. I like long hair on guys. Not like, long straight hair but I like the 80's style cuts that are making a comeback. It used to be all the guys at my school had buzz cuts and we looked like a boot camp but now at least half of us have longer hair. It is so strange how the styles change so quickly.

I loved his fro. That's what attracted me to him because it's the first thing I noticed about him on TV. I was putting away laundry, kind of half watching American Idol and I glanced up and saw this guy. I was like "WOW, his hair totally rules!! I want him to win, I don't care if he can sing or not, he's got great hair!" :laugh: He looked so different from all the other guys on the show, he definitely stood out. Then, when I heard him sing, I was a goner. My fandom is going on over 3 years now. :D

I don't like buzz cuts either.
