Props to Songbird

[Livia]

Rob Thomas (http://www.fairfieldmirror.com/news/2005/04/28/Entertainment/Rob-Thomas.Has.something.With.His.First.Solo.Effort-942935.shtml)

"Now Comes the Night" features just Thomas singing and playing the piano, and is as strong a closer as "Songbird" on the Fleetwood Mac "Rumours" album.

Cool mention.

Has anyone heard this album? I've heard it's nothing like Matchbox 20. I'm not a huge fan or anything, just curious.

[DrummerDeanna]

I've also heard it's nothing like Matchbox 20 - my sister said she'd read that he said his goal was that upon hearing this album people would not realize who it was...

I'm not sure how I feel about the first single off the album....I've not totally warmed up to it yet...But I love me some Rob....so I'll probably check this album out for sure...

"Songbird" wasn't the closer..."Gold Dust Woman" was.
