I'm not much of a fan, but I thought he was superb in Collateral. And he was good in Magnolia, but I thought Julianne Moore, Melinda Dillon, and Philip Baker Hall owned that movie. :laugh:

Why does everyone have an opinion on this? I'm not trying to be elitest (as I've been informed I appear) but I don't understand why it's an 'issue'. Is it the age thing? He's 42 and she's 26 it said, that's hardly absurd, she's well and truly an adult despite the adolescents roles she may take. I always say that my ex was old enough to be my brother that must be just as gross. I think it's just a number and doesn't infer fruedian roles by any means. Maybe it's just his career you're detesting. In that case, it's her funeral so we'll just let her make her own mind up.

It was awkward, I saw video of this kiss and he grabs her by the back of the head and talks to her for a few seconds like he's asking her if it's okay and if she's ready so it was totally planned and that's why it looks that way. Afterward they just kind of giggled. It looked like they were giving the cameras what they wanted, pretty much. Also that they clearly wanted to confirm they are, in fact, an item. When Tom was asked about wedding bells he just replied she is a very special girl and they are having a lot of fun together. Like I said to my roommate, these Hollywood relationships never last so if they're having fun now, that's what counts.
