I like Three's Company, and Roseanne. Both of which I didn't care much for, in their initial runs, but now, I guess, kinda take me back to childhood.

Guilty pleasure? Well my hand goes for a wander occasionally.
Is this just in reference ot television? Everything on the Ledge seems to be reliant on television, which makes it unforunate that I don't have one. I'm most out of the loop and never have much to contribute unless it relies solely on brain processes (I don't imply any certain quality of such processes), particularly in relation to outright insults directed at others. My point is, can I just contribute and ignore the television-related element? Good, thankyou. Well then, what I said above.  What she said, though I do have a TV, I really only use it to watch "The Daily Show," occasional CNN to see if I'm missing something that's going on, and local stuff so I can laugh at how utterly stupid so many of the people in my area are.
Okay, I do have an older TV related guilty pleasure, though. I used to watch re-runs of "Step by Step," but not because I like the show, but because I used to think Suzanne Somers was HOT. :o

Anyway, I rarely watch TV, unless it's sports/news/American Idol. If I could find re-runs of the Wonder Years I would watch them.

The Golden Girls, although not a "guilty" pleasure, it's a pleasure that keeps me from getting work done so it makes me feel guilty nonetheless.

Idol is probably a guilty pleasure - according to Diss anyway.
Dog the Bounty Hunter - I don't know why I like this show. It can't be for the fashion or hair, that's for sure.
I have been known to be hypnotized by those damn Teletubbies in the past. :p
Love South Park & Chappelle's Show.

I grew up addicted to TV and still am, pretty much. Although, the net is trying to vye for 100% of my attention. LOL
I like Dog, the Bounty Hunter too, Airline, Family Plots, Intervention...all those A&E shows.
I love While You Were Out (used to like Trading Spaces, but don't care about it anymore.).
Love watching South Park, Chappelle's Show, Blue Collar TV, sometimes watch The Daily Show...Comedy Central is cool.
I've been watching Living Single lately in the afternoon, and I caught Andy Griffith yesterday....me and my dad love watching that.
I'm a TV junkie. LOL Also, I don't really have any guilty pleasures regarding TV, music, movies, etc. I like what I like and that's that. Whatevah.

Trading Spaces is unwatchable these days. It used to be good, but now it's utter garbage. I liked it when it was just Doug, Hildi, Gen, Vern, Laurie, Frank, Kia, and Edward.

Yup. Those were the days. I like Gen & Laurie best. The new season's starting & apparently there's no host? I heard Paige was leaving, but no replacement? Whatev...
I'm a whore for home decorating/improvement shows. My current faves are Clean Sweep (inspires me not to have so much useless crap laying around my tiny house) and In a Fix (hated it at first, but I like it a lot now.) I also like Suprise By Design & While You Were Out.
Has anyone seen Househunters? LOVE that show! It just pisses me off that they never show prices!
And Christy - Airline is great!
Mythbusters & the Food Network's "Unwrapped" are two more I like.

I love all those shows you mentioned here. On Unwrapped, Marc is sometimes filmed at Heritage Square at Notz Landing (a cute lil diner in Golden, Colorado) and when I see he's there I go "OMG, I've eaten there!!" I'm lame. LOL
Clean Sweep...OMG, I wanna slap people on that show. Sesly, it's almost like that show "How Clean is Your House?" or something with those two British ladies. The houses are disgusting. Gross!!
Airline is terrific! I always miss that dang show though. Some people, I swear. LOL

Wait - no one has any guilty pleasures besides what they watch on TV?! Amazing. Well, at least everyone feels guilty about watching so much, or so crappy, or whichever.
I feel guilty when I lay on my bed, read, and eat cheetos if i'm supposed to be doing something else. ok, mainly for eating the cheetos, but still.
Oh, and with no Cable - America's Next Top Model, of course, is my guilty pleasure. I really shouldn't be watching that, but I just can't help it. :D
Another guilty pleasure is telling guys who go "Heeeeey!! Damn! Hey!! How you doin', baby?" when i'm walking or blading down the street to "F**** OFF, AHOLE!!!!!" hehehehehehe. yup.

I don't care for Town Haul too much. It's ah-ight. Moving Up is Doug's new one - I like seeing what people have done to their homes after they move in, but I hate when they ask the old owners what they think. WTF do you think they're gonna say, moron? Of course they won't like it, if they did it would have looked like that when they lived there! ;)
Amber - you're right, I do have other guilty pleasures besides TV. One would be when I have an entire day to do nothing - I sit around, watch movies (or Mac/Stevie boot videos), eat, lay around & accomplish nothing at all. :)

Guilty pleasures... ah.. the best kind to indulge in...
TV-wise... I'd have to say What Not to Wear (OMG, they can be EVIL!! I love it) and Surreal Life (just because it's utter crap, but utterly entertaining utter crap).
Truth be told... coming here is absolutely a guilty pleasure. None of my friends love FM or SN (though my best friend is incredibly supportive of my spending too much money on concerts), so I come here to dish and get the gossip. I love it. Total guilty pleasure.
Music-wise... oh, the list is endless.... right now I have two of the songs from Wicked on my playlist, playing over and over and over. How much more of a guilty pleasure can you find than broadway tunes?
I'm sure I have more...

My guilty pleasures happen when the husband is at school. He hogs the remote so much that when he's gone it's a free-for-all for VH-1 classic videos, HGTV, and the soap channel. Re-runs of Knots Landing and Melrose Place are the best!! :p  :p

Well, they're mostly air, it's about portion control I guess. However, they don't have that FD&C red and yellow #s 3 and 6 crap and other preservative type junk in them. Of course that means you have to eat the whole bag when you open it. JK, but you do need to eat it within a few days. They also don't have any scary trans fats in them. Well, I was doing so well with this but lately not so much. When I eat I chow down! Some people just do not feel full, right? Lately, that full feeling, has been coming later. I did just go off of a medication so maybe that is why. I've gotta get this booty moving!
Part of what you choose to eat, how much you eat, and how often you eat is hard wired into you so to try to go against that is very difficult! I'm working toward balance. And working. And working... ;)
